Its been going downhill steadily. Twice this month I have ordered something extra and not received it. Normally I would go pay them a visit, except I am at work and I do not have that option. Edit* I received a credit onto my rewards account after this first review. 2 weeks later I find myself on another long shift I was not prepared to stay for and I send a coworker out for dinner. I told him “salad, queso, soda” is what’s on the mobile order. He got to his car and thought the bag felt light, sure enough no queso. He went back in and they gave him the queso. Along with there being no queso there was not plasticware (its a take out order, how do you think someone’s going to eat a salad?) No salsa for the chips and no salad dressing for the salad (both selected on the order). If I had not received the credit I received, this salad would have cost me $26. No joke. an hour later and its sitting here because the chicken was cold, I have no dressing and no silverware. officially done with this location.

maybe it was just the specific staff working last night, but make sure you don’t go in 17 minutes before closing unless you want a large side of attitude 🙂 as someone who works in the food service industry and has for many years, it’s rude and unnecessary, it was 8:43 and we were out of there in 5 mins, that’s how little time it took to help us. I’m a server and sometimes have to wait on tables after we’re closed, so i’m aware, but they acted like we had walked in at 8:59PM. The woman working was nice, just her though.

Friday July 14th around 6pm. The two “gentlemen” working the front are by no means customer facing. Soft spoken, curt, uncaring, bothered, and down right rude. Won’t be coming back as a I do not want to burden these two again with having to perform a job or, God forbid, answer a question poised by a customer. Both of them obviously did not want to be there and it clearly showed. Sat near the counter and heard other customers have the same issues. Sad to see really.

Inconsistent amounts. We paid over $14 for salads that surprisingly had less food in them than a Burger King salad. Other times the amounts are more in line with a $14 salad.

Order online to go. Food was old and dry and stale. It was not busy and not closing time. Rice was hard, tortilla was hard and dry, chicken was chewy. Half of my order was missing, they couldn’t bother to finish it?

This is by far the worst experience. To start, I picked up my order and when I got home, I realized there was no steak in the food. I called and was asked to drive back to return it. I got no apology for this. Well I should have eaten the food without the steak because what I got back after returning to the restaurant was a salty overcooked steak. The salt level was none that I’ve tasted before. It felt sharp on the tongue. Long story short, this food ended up in the trash and I wasted my gas nd time with the two trips. First time ordering from this restaurant and it’s definitely going to be my last.
