Is a franchise so the food is about the same. I’m not a fan but my family is so I was “forced” to eat there. You know: compromise. The people is nice and helpful. However, I found the place not very clean. I may be bias on the food taste and I rice but the level of cleanliness of the place is a fact.

I got sprite with a water cup (because the drink machine was out of water,) and the employee sprinted at me from behind the counter, grabbed my wrist, and slapped the cup out of my hand so hard that it exploded (literally it was in shreds,) and the sprite got all over the floor and surrounding customers. I then asked for tap water and the guy told me to drink from the bathroom sink. This sounds made up but I swear it happened these employees are crazy. The food was pretty good though.

This place has definite gone downhill. Ordered vegetarian Home wrecker. Looked and tasted stale. Salsa bar is almost empty. Store is dirty, the soda machine has a pool of water in front of it. Never been to a more dirty place.

As a frequent patron of this location, I am especially disappointed. I always come in with a positive attitude, consistently tip well, and express my gratitude. I LOVE Moe’s, and usually the employees are nice. Or at the very least they are neutral. Today, the guy who made my burrito manically repeated “anything else?! ” at each item. So quickly and with such frustration I wanted to ask if he was okay- his attitude was quite distracting from building the burrito. I did not have time to answer because of the way he was asking. So then had to slow down which frustrated him further. The burrito was definitely built carelessly and the chips were old severely broken and there were hardly any in my bag. Also ordered a side of guac and queso. But I have nothing to dip in them because of the state of the chips.. Clearly your workers are in some level of distress, I hope they are being paid well and have ethical managers. I think this is my last Moe’s experience. I’ll just plan on making my own food at home or patron elsewhere..

Went to Moes tonight and there was a 20 minute wait… fine. The employees did a great job managing online orders/in person orders. Burrito made… great. Waited another 10 minutes to get to the register. I was second in line at the register and an employee got on the phone with a manager then informed the line that their card system was down and they could only take cash. They were not able to give people their orders who did not have cash and whose food was already made. They also did not take Apple Pay, Venmo, etc. I did not have cash and wasted 30 minutes of my time. Very poor experience.

Simply put the manager was the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. They screwed up my Uber Eats order so after a $5 tip and a $5 delivery fee I still had to drive to get the rest of the order. As soon as I walked in the manager actually seemed aggravated at me???? I simply asked (very nicely) if he could refund the $5 delivery fee and he snapped back. “ I gave you the option to pick up your burrito or get a full refund”

To be fair, I ordered very close to this location closing for the day. However, I ordered a veggie bowl (vegan) and specified NO CHEESE. I double checked my receipt to make sure this wasn’t my own mistake, but alas it definitely states no cheese. Very frustrating to be unable to eat my meal. They also didn’t include salsa for the mountain of chips provided. Why so many chips and no salsa??? Weird. This is not the first time I’ve had less than great service from this location. Will not be ordering from Moe’s again as it always seems that I receive mediocre food with no regard for dietary restrictions.

What a shame, walked in here and knew this place would be a disappointment. Dirty tables and trash everywhere!! I go to order and they were out of most items. Ordered a steak bowl and it was awful. The meat was not cut and it was not cooked. Felt sick after eating here, and will not be back

For some reason every table in this place is crooked. I’m not sure what it is. Maybe weak walls, thin steel, or oversized guests. They all lean slightly. The food still makes it to my mouth, regardless of the table slope.
