Unprofessional RUDE staff (Kash, red locs). Slamming our orders, rolling their eyes, won’t process our coupon. They were also unhygienic with the food, not changing gloves as they should. When we went to the manager Elise (white glasses lady), she was as unhelpful and unapologetic as her staff. Clearly needs to hire more people and do a complete training overhaul (especially in customer service). Don’t come here!

Kash / Cash (the one with the red locs) is a hostile server with a gross attitude and a nasty smell. He was slamming our food when making it and rushing us even though it wasn’t a rush time. The way he/she talked to us was a way I’ve never been talked to it was astonishing. They’re clearly extremely understaffed and have no problem taking it out on the customers. The manager Elise was no help. I miss the other moe’s that was in West Hartford center.

Aside from the great food and yummy queso I had to come write this review especially for Gina ☺️ After a tough day at work I decided we were gonna order probably my favorite food at the moment through Uber eats and after I placed my order I called the store to ask for extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side because I’ve been craving it all week and not only did she make sure I got my extra sauce she made my day soooo much better!!! SHE’S AMAZING AND NEEDS A PROMOTION IMMEDIATELY LOL I would LOVE to have someone like her on my staff!! Thank you again so much and please know that small thing you did for me today made a huge difference in my day ☺️ KEEP BEING GREAT

Edit (added 8/19/22): I reached out to corporate inquiring about a refund for the queso, and they were very generous and gave me refund for both items (the quesadilla and queso). Also, they said sometimes their chips turn that darker color in processing? Still seems weird to me it was only the one chip out of the whole bag I had, but just wanted to add they say it’s not mold.

It went to this location for the first time yesterday evening and couldn’t believe how hostile and unprofessional the staff were. One of the employees remained on his phone after I came up to the counter to place my order. I had to greet him before he even acknowledged me. The guy who put on my salsa options was a bit friendlier so I appreciated that. Once I got to the cashier to pay, she was very stoic and it seemed as if I was bothering her by being there. I had to ask for a carry out bag and was handed it to bag up my food myself. The presentation of the store definitely don’t reflect my expectations of cleanliness & was by far the dirtiest Moes I’ve ever been to. Tables were dirty, chips all over the floor, soda station was super sticky… and me and my friend were the only customers there at that time. Understandingly they could’ve just came out of a dinner rush or peak hour but the fact that the employees were just standing around showed that cleaning wasn’t a priority.

Ordered through GrubHub and spent over $30 for two burritos with no cheese, guac, rice because they removed all the options from the GrubHub menu. The description states these burritos come with those toppings, so we assumed it wouldn’t be a problem. Complete mistake. Called the store and the woman who answered was incredibly unsympathetic and told us we should have added all the extras under “notes” or called and amended the order. When I explained that this didn’t make sense, she just repeated the instructions and said other customers had the same problem. No offer of a replacement. How would we possibly know this before seeing the food? Food took almost an hour to be made and delivered. Will not be ordering here again.

The manager, Gina is extremely nice and attentive to customers. I have allergies and she ensures that my food is prepared carefully and without cross contamination. I come in about once a month or every other month and she remembers me each time. This is a place that I feel comfortable and welcome eating with my gluten allergy when Gina is working.

Went into the store to place 2 kids order as the app is having issues with placing kids meals. I was given 2 kids cheese moo moo instead of 2 kids masterpiece. As soon as I saw the order I told the cashier/manager that is not what I ordered. This lady blatantly told me that I would have to reorder and pay again before they were even placed in my bag. Her reasoning they were already made. Went to my car called to speak with a manager and again she told me she would not press the burrito on the stove and hung up the phone in my ear. Worst customer service experience ever!
