I go to this Moes often and NEVER encountered an issue until today. This African American female worker with faux locs and a streak of pink in her hair had a nasty attitude.u I told her I wanted a Moe Meat Moe Cheese bowl. I said I do not want rice though. She told me I had to get rice. She proceeded to go back and forth with me about the way I wanted my food. Telling me I can’t put the Queso on the side and I can’t do this or that. She was so rude. Just prepare my food the way I ask. She decided to put the queso on the side but didn’t fill the cup up all the way. I was having a good day and didn’t want it ruined so rather than continue to argue I just acquiesced and decided to write a review. I hope the manager sees this and speaks to her about customer service and her carelessness in not changing her gloves between meals because my experience today was not pleasant.

I am not one to complain or write a review but, We have been going to this place for months, three times a week at times with always leaving tips and was never charged so much as we were today. $50 for two bowls?! Charged extra for stuff that wasn’t even portioned correctly! We will never be going here again. So disappointed. On top of it some of the staff were not polite after we had asked for extra because they weren’t even giving us the correct serving

Asked for half a serving of two different meats, got charged three-times the amount of adding EXTRA meat, even though there wasn’t any indication I would after looking at the menu. No transparency and overpriced. If i wanted to get scammed, I’d walk into a low-reviewed used car lot, not a reputable Mexican-food chain. Moe’s is going downhill.

This was bussin. I got the stack and oh my goodness was it beautiful. I will always recommend extra queso in the stack and then a cup of even more queso on the side. This was just a wonderful meal. Although it is pricey and not something you can get all the time, when you do get it, it does not disappoint.

I was next door at Jersey Mike Subs and the line was wrapping around the store. I waited in line at Jersey Mike’s for a good 10 minutes but it was barely moving so I went next door to Moe’s. I got a bowl with chicken, rice, guac, salsa, veggies, etc… The food was good but not great. It just seemed like it was sitting out on the heater a little too long but it also wasn’t that bad. Not as good as Chipotle but still not a bad option if you need to get something in a pinch. The service was quick and efficient. Staff was helpful and friendly. Place was clean. I wish it would allow me to rate this place a 3.5 because that is what it really deserves. I may have also stopped by during a slow time so maybe that’s why the food was sitting out. I’ll probably come back to give it another try.
