I can’t complain and I really shouldn’t compare, yet I have to say that this particular Moe’s is much better than Chipotle these days. From the service to the quality of food- I’d choose Moe’s over Chipotle any day. The difference? The employees. Seems like Chipotle likes to hire lazy kids (and when I say kids, I mean mentally, not age). At Moe’s there’s a smile and an actual hello. It’s not the same WELCOME TO MOE’s but it’s nice to be greeted with a “hello”. Food tastes fresher and they don’t rush you. Keep it up!

6:00 pm crew did not cook rice and had to ask for more chicken after I received a lil tee spoon. I love Moe’s but the crew is just being lazy,do better!

I will no longer waste my money with this location. staff alone was very unfriendly and unwelcoming making me fee very uncomfortable. After going inside and placing my order I received the wrong order. The place was dirty and there were empty bins on where stuff should have been. Even with that I accommodated to not stress. However I had to continually remind thw staff on what I ordered and to not forget anything. I could see if I ordered a bunch of things but it was a basic meal. Stack, queso and a drink. Sad. Very disappointed. Wish I saved my money and went elsewhere.

Ordered take out, got there at the time specified no customers were in line my food wasn’t done. I was waiting for 15 minutes after my time for pick while watching a line form and all get there’s before my burrito was even started. Never going again

My burrito was FOLDED in half like a taco and I received MAYBE 8 chips, with NO salsa (red salsa requested). I’ve gone to this location since it opened, and it has gotten so bad that I’ll be switching to Chipotle from here on out.

I love there food but the management recently started pushing there staff to up change for the littlest things like extra queso on my nachos. Then when I spoke to the manager he could really care less and then skipped my spouse, taking another couples order. Very unprofessional!
