The name threw me off…lol. When you enter you are greeted with “Welcome to Moe’s. ” I like that. The entire menu is at the door to review. I ordered one of the bowls; Earmuffs w/chicken $7.69 and a drink $2.09. You go through the line to select your ingredients. Staff was friendly, place was clean. Our food matched other Moe’s so we were happy with that. However, they’re still living in COVID world. Plastic screens up, masks, and NO sweet tea. What? That’s ludicrous. And no salsa bar. SERIOUS? The food was fine but they did not have some of the fresh ingredients we expect at Moe’s. We’ll probably find our Moe-fix elsewhere.

The food is good but this store’s system and workers are absolutely terrible. I ordered a side as a separate order and it took my money on the app and the lady said the system had an issue and that my order didnt get to them even tho the location time and order were right and my transaction went through. She said i have to pay again and acted like I was tryna scam her or something. I asked for a side of chipotle dressing for my bowl and the worker serving the food kept saying I can’t have it unless i ordered a bowl and I told him several times until I had to bring my bag of food to show as proof. Would definitely NOT come here again. The way the people acted like someone would scam over a cup of queso and sauce is just aint it bro.I don’t do bad reviews but gosh people need to know how bad this location’s service is so no one else has to deal with this.

Food is tasteless. Guac didn’t seem fresh, so I ended up taking it out of my bowl. Barely gave any salsa (no self-serving station). When asked for extra, barely got any. The worst Moe’s location you can find.

Great food but terrible customer service. The girl I usually come across on the counter always seems to have a vendetta against certain individuals visiting the establishment. On my recent trip there I was charged an extra $2 for a “taco shell” that I never actually bought. It turned out she charged me extra for getting a tortila wrap in a bowl, and due to the fact that there was no actual extra charge involved with getting a tortilla wrap and a bowl, she went out of her way to charge me with a taco shell to what I believe was a way to impose herself and create a situation to frustrate me when I shouldn’t even be getting an extra charge to begin with. She also refused to give me a common kids cup for water until it dawned on her how ridiculous she looked refusing me for a cup of water that is supposed to be free after I spent $30 in the establishment. Once more, great food but terrible customer service from Aisha.

For starters, don’t order online. The prices are wildly different and the food available is often different too. Overall the food is ok, as you’d expect from a fast food franchise. The staff is nice enough, but unless you know exactly what you want they’ll just rush you along and assume you want or don’t want certain ingredients.

They will consistently short you on ingredients. I’ve been to a lot of moes, and this is one of the worst. I try avoid to this location, but everytime I come there, over a period of months, they always hold back on ingredients. Its not even just the meat, but everything, even the rice. Do you know how cheap rice is?

it’s my first time trying Moe’s, so i didn’t quite know what to expect, but my expectations were partially met. i took a bowl and since i eat chicken, i took some, but though the chicken and the rest of the ingredients tasted decent, it wasn’t fully fresh, sadly. the ingredients that i added to the bowl were quite cold, but still tasted ok. the restaurant was quite clean, however, so A+ for cleanliness! overall, the food here wasn’t the best and it wasn’t worth $30 for a bowl (for me) and 4 tacos (for my friends). sorry ☹️
