I really enjoyed my time here! The food was delicious and fresh, and the place was clean!! There’s plenty of customizable options, they even have meat replacement options! The chips that come with the meal are crispy and the salsa options were all great! The people making my order could’ve been a bit more specific about my options as it was my first time here. It felt like they assumed I knew what the options were until I asked. Oh and the bathrooms were clean!

Best moes I’ve ever been to. Fresh protein and veg, delicious and fair not skimpy with the portion. Staff are welcoming and reminded us to refill our chips if we needed. We did and they were warm right out of the hopper. We never get that where I’m from. If every moes were like this where I’m from near albany NY we wouldn’t have seen about 3 out if 4 close in the last year. I’m happy this one is still open. Fantastic.

I eaten at this location several times and always impressed about the quality of the ingredients but this time around it was very subpar. The mushroom and the rice were overcooked. The lettuce had a stale dark color. Usually, the girls are attending the counter but this time it was the local manager who is very quick but callous. He should have notice the problem but usually don’t care about other people opinions

I think Moe’s is a lot better than Chipotle. Better choices and you get Tortilla Chips for free with the purchase of any main course. Needs to be a bit cleaner, a bit better! But I would always recommended over the other similar restaurants.

Food was fine, service was absolutely horrible. Walked in and went to the counter and it took the women about two minutes to come and take my order. Everyone was well aware that I was waiting too. All of the women seemed like they were all gossiping about me too. After she was done making my burrito she left to go in the back and it took another few minutes for someone else to realize I needed to pay. Only nice person who seemed to acknowledge my presence was the young man who rang me up.

I ordered on the app and came here to pick up. Food not at the pick up area. I had to ask at the register and they handed me the food. Maybe too many theft? But the veggie burrito was large and filling. It was typical quality of other Moe’s. The chips and salsa were a great side. This plaza has parking that is scattered. A few spots here and there.

This is my second time eating at this location. I’ll start with the good-great & hot food and clean restaurant. However, this location lacks customer service. I came in at 6:30pm and they had a chair blocking the enter lane-if you enter from the back, which many customers do. Then, they have tables leaned onto the booth(3-4 tables), which says these tables are clean/don’t eat here. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, so I understand if it’s an hour before closing but not acceptable at 6:30pm. Lastly, if you don’t know the menu, you’ll want to look it up before coming. I was unaware of the chicken options and asked what kind, instead of her verbally telling me the options, she picked up the spoon of each option, as if I’m suppose to know the difference. The employees need to be trained to treat their customers better.

Ive order from this location many many times. I just picked up my order and when I got back to work to eat my burrito I opened the bag to find the tiniest burrito I’ve seen in my life. While the food is pretty tasty I don’t think $8 is fair considering I can hide my burrito in my hand. Honestly my own fault for not checking the bag before I left.
