What a joke. Drove an hour home to find tacos were missing protein and beans and the salsa was liquidy (oily?) and less than half full. Will never be returning to this dump.

Just had a horrible experience and now i never want to go back to a moe’s. I had 2 separate rewards on my account, a $4 off offer and also a 25% off entree offer on my account and the lady at the register scanned the $4 offer and it was giving her an error, and she didn’t seem to want to work with me. So i said can i use a different reward (the 25% off offer) and she tried to scan it and it said i already redeemed a reward and that they couldn’t be combined. So she told me to just pay because there was “other customers in line”. i was with someone else and she said that someone else could go in front of them because we were taking “too long”. so basically just an overall horrible experience and i never want to go back. they wouldn’t let me use my rewards which was TOTALLY UNFAIR and the lady couldn’t even speak english so she didn’t even understand what i was saying. Always loved Moe’s but not anymore. wish i could give it a 0 stars.

My main problem with the visit is the soda machine didnt have the CO2 properly hooked up so the soda was flat. When we notified the staff they basically went up, got themselves a cup of soda, drank it and then didn’t do a thing to correct the problem. They just stood around and talked. The food was good, service while ordering the food was fine, bathroom was dirty. I would probably avoid going to this location again.

My coworkers and I have been going to Moe’s on most Mondays for their $6.99 burrito deal since they opened. Sure, there were some occasions where the burritos weren’t rolled perfectly, but the vast majority of visits have been excellent! I really enjoy the complimentary chips and all of the different salsa varieties. I really hope they bring back the green, creamy salsa that was replaced with the mango/pineapple seasonal salsas. They also have a variety of tasty lemonades/teas and one of the super Coca-Cola machines that allows you to choose between dozens of different sodas and juices. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and will continue to patronize this establishment.

My family and I have been ordering takeout from this location for the past few years. Things seemed to have changed recently, as portions have become much smaller. Specifically, the chips that come with each order. We’re getting about half as many as before packed with our four orders, plus the chips that should come with an order of a guacamole cup. We don’t get enough to go around, as a small portion is dumped into a single bag. We probably won’t be coming back to this location much more.
