This place was great! The crew working today were awesome! The southern sweet tea was actually sweet! I couldn’t believe it. I have been to so many Moe’s here in the north east from Framingham, MA to Buffalo, NY and none have followed the franchise recipe for the amount of sugar, but this Moe’s does. Food was excellent! Very clean as well. Great job!

This location is well below the standards of the chain. The staff was friendly. But the Freestyle Coke machine was dirty and out of all the fruit flavors. The salsa bar was a wreck with empty containers. The tables were all half cleaned. The chips tasted brunt and my burrito meat had no flavor.

I go there 3 times a year, or so, usually before a movie. Never a problem with the food. I agree the tables could be cleaner and the salsa area isn’t always stocked with all the flavors. But they seem to be mostly young people operating the place and never the same people when i visit. Guessing there’s a high turn over rate. And as with any business, quality will suffer with that degree of turnover.

The past few times I’ve gone to Moe’s it has been filthy and the staff was rude. The burrito press machine was broken and the soda machine was broken as well. I’ve tried to go back twice more and it was just as bad. Not only that but the meat wasn’t proper temperature. I took a bite and threw it out because I was afraid of getting food poisoning. Used to love this place. I don’t know what happened, it’s clear why Chipotle is way more popular.

I don’t understand all the very low reviews. I go here fairly frequently (a few times a month) and have never had an issue. The staff are friendly, the food tastes great and the salsa I wanted was gone only once in the maybe 10-15 times I’ve been here. Cleanliness has never been an issue for me and I’ve never had to wait long for my food.

My son and I went tonight at 8pm and the staff were miserable the rice bowls and side cup were a sloppy mess. The meat was dried out and they wouldn’t make anymore. The chips were so salty I couldn’t eat them. This was my sons first time and he will never go back. I however am a Moe’s fan and know the food is better and the service is better in my town.

I got to this place at around noon. It wasn’t busy, yet they were out of several items on the line. There was no hot salsa and the soda machine was out of half of the options. The chips I was served we’re mostly crumbs, as if I had been given the last serving from the container. The dining area was also a little dirty and the food wasn’t all that fresh. If I didn’t need to run an errand in the mall after lunch, I would have left and gone up the road to Chipotle.

I used to love Moe’s. Today, however, will be the last time I eat at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken salad. They gave me MAYBE a pinch of shredded cheese when asked for more the kid behind the counter gave me a disgusted look. Asked for dressing “on the side”, apparently that meant not at all.
