So as a frequented of Moes and Chipotle in varying cities, I have to say this particular location suffers from a few details in particular. While having a superior interior decor compared to its neighboring Chipotle, the dining room and food prep areas are poorly maintained and visibly dirty even during a very slow dinner hour.

This is a great Moes, always friendly staff and good food. However I’ve found when ordering to go that they’re more likely to mess your order up. They got everything right except forgot my pickled jalapeños on my quesadilla. They also forgot to add my drinks and sides to the bag, but I always check my bag before leaving and they promptly gave me what was missing when I told them

I purchased nachos as a take out order, it was 6 ish and had a steady dinner crowd along with on line orders so it took a few which is fine… however while waiting we were watching the staff prepare the orders when one lady in particular kept eating food from the line without a glove then proceeded to pass the orders down the line and scoop chips… not cool! Next she prepared herself a snack and ate that on the line as well while handling other customers food… had I not had a half hour invested to get an offer I would have left. When I made mention of this to the cashier her reply was that that was her daughter and she was a manager… no apology, no recognition that it was even wrong. I happen to be a food and beverage director for a local establishment and I will tell you there were multiple health code violations going on… Welcome to Moe’s
