Absolute disgusting!! After a round of golf my mother and I went to this location in Auburn NY. and WOW!! My mother while ordering noticed there were olives, onions and cheese contaminating the guacamole. So she took a picture and BAM! The guy serving us said get out. You are not allowed in here. For taking a picture of the filth this place is serving people. Obviously he has something to hide if he kicks you out for taking a picture of the serving line. I wouldn’t let my dog eat this stuff. Thank GOD they opened up a chipotle down the road. I would rather get E coli than eat at this dump.

Last time here was fine, this time I won’t be back. Several people behind the counter just standing around doing noting. One guy actually making orders and doing his best and maybe another girl being trained…hard to tell. After watching this for maybe ten or fifteen minutes in line they were out of chicken and steak by the time we got to order and it was going to be another ten minutes at the earliest for just the chicken… not mad just disappointed.

Normally me and my husband frequent here quite regularly, staff is usually always very nice. Some of the staff even would remember us and what we ordered. Now their staff seemed to not be as kind or make their items correctly. Like I just went recently and my stack didn’t have any cheese to actually hold it together. Super disappointing the last couple times I’ve gone.

This was a nice establishment when I visited last time, (early 2021). In that time, the food quality has gone downhill, it is way too salty and bland. The soda machine and salsa bar is sticky and full of debris. And all but one employee wasn’t wearing some kind of hair restraint. It’s very disappointing, save your money and go elsewhere.

I have problems with my suger. I asked if they had suger free drinks. And was assured by staff that they did (coke free style). Awesome I thought. I would have just gotten water if they didnt. So i paid for a lrg drink. Nope everything suger free was unavailable! So my husband informed him. Then we wait. My family starts eating and I get to wait for my drink. My family finished eating and still no drink for me. Another Employee did go to the drink machine confirmed what we said and proceeded to stand there looking between my self and the machine for 5 min. After I got up to leave, he then started refilling the machine. Paid $70 for four meals and wasn’t even handed the cookie that comes with my sons kids meal. Also watched an Employee talk down about a co-worker. Awful experience! Won’t come here again. Oh and after all this he offers cookies to my husband and 2 children. Still didn’t get the drink I paid for!

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and most of their salsas were full. They didn’t have as many ingredients to choose from as the Moe’s I normally go to. I was a little disappointed about that, but it was still good. I had the regular burrito with chicken.

Moes had a very friendly staff, from the second you step into the shop. “Welcome to moes” truthfully makes you feel welcome. The quesadilla i received was packed full and tasted delicious. Comparative to Mesa Grandes quesadilla, the quesadilla was loaded full and not greasy like Mesas is. The chips at moes are not as good as mesas. As well as the queso. But the service was great and makes Mesa grande look like a complete joke.
