Dishes are plain and straightforward. I ordered takeout because I was in a hurry to get home. I didn’t wait too long to be served my order. They give large servings of food. However, the burrito I ordered just seem a bit sad/plain, there’s no side of chips or whatever. But the price is reasonable

Poor qualitt with online delivery orders. I am always missing one or several parts of my order. They seem to always be out of salsa as well. Do not order delivery from here, 4 times in a row now and they cannot follow through fully. I wont be looking to eat here any longer.

Well the restaurant was about 50 degrees so we knew we were not going to sit and eat inside. Next no happy “Welcome to Mo’s!!”. Barely an acknowledgement when we were standing at the line. Is was like my third time in a Mo’s and my Mom’s first. We proceeded to watch while the guy dumped a stacker from the grill out onto a new tortilla….it was disgusting and disturbing. We should have left. Then taking our order he was not helpful to my Mom who didn’t know what all the options were for her tacos. I had a quesadilla that was not even luke warm. I am now nervous I might get sick from the food since it tasted a little off as we ate in my truck. We will NEVER go back to this or any other Mo’s. $26 bucks for two little tacos, a messy nasty quesadilla, some cold tasteless chips and a dip. No drinks. Just a huge disappointment. Not one employee was what I would consider enthusiastic or friendly.

“Supervisor” Charlene was rude and totally disrespectful. We were missing $10 worth of queso from an online order and had to go back a second time to get it. I asked for a manager and she came over and started off nasty, saying “What’s wrong, what do you need” like I was wasting her time, instead of having to take time out of my day to correct Moe’s mistake. I explained what happened and she was like “K.” She never apologized, acted so unhelpful and uninterested for our entire interaction, and was so snotty. Not the attitude I would expect from a supervisor when it’s not something that was my fault. Incredibly disappointing all the way around.
