Really disappointed in the “portion” I got. Background: My mom and myself both ordered the Adobe chicken bowl. I don’t think we got a true portion of anything! Rice was maybe half a spoon, beans barely covered the edge of the spoon (not even 2 teaspoons) chicken seemed like it was a toddler portion of 1/4 cup! Pico was 1 tablespoon, cheese maybe 2 tablespoons, and the question, ya know how you pay 2 extra dollars for it?? We got 2 half filled and half poured spoonfuls, not 2 full spoonfuls but maybe 1/2 of a spoonful. But oh boy did we get lettuce, a full handful of it (due to the inexpensive cost of it) and also asked for the Chipotle ranch that was a fair portion. My bowl looked like I ate it and that is what was left over from not being able to finish it. I will provide a picture. Now, I understand that each person will load your bowl differently but for 12 dollars this was a huge rip off. We did get chips and salsa free as stated in their board but I hardly think it made up for the actual lack of food.

Freindly staff, very efficient, food had great flavor, love the salsa options, clean customer space and restrooms. Only criticism is that the customer service is a little too rushed, as if they are combating a long line even when there isn’t one. Also, the chips were not salted and were a little too thin and breaking into crumbs.

There really is no true atmosphere. It’s an outside caterer that grills most things. So much of it was overcooked, but better than undercooked. I’d shy away from the chicken – stringy and dry. Burgers were decent. There is no service, per se; instead, they transfer from the grill directly to your bun. This is partially why food is overcooked. It sits on the grill until someone claims it.

Horrible. Tables were not cleaned and they weren’t busy. Garbage pail overflowing. There was 3 tables with customers. 3 employees behind counter. Prices ridiculous. Took my granddaughter there and it cost $18.33 for just her. I didn’t eat or drink anything.

The staff was very rude; one girl who had red/pink greasy hair in particular, she acted bothered to be making our food. Huffing and puffing everytime I wanted another veggie added in They never said welcome to Moe’s. This place has gone down hill. It’s such a shame. Young people working there with the worst attitudes. The store was a mess. I’ll never be returning. Get nicer employees!

Only gave 1 star because I can’t submit with 0 stars. This is the most disgusting restaurant in Vestal NY. No one cleans anything, there’s food all over the floor, each booth…I’ve eaten at cleaner truck stops and carnivals. Staff got 3 out of 4 orders wrong and there’s 6 people behind the counter slopping goop onto burrito shells. Will someone please hire a manager for this place??! If there is a manager, the franchise owner needs to take a serious look at how this place is being run. Never again.

I got the burrito with Xtra Steak and it was very good. My wife got the chicken stack with side of nacho cheese. She liked the chicken stack and lives the nacho cheese. They have a salsa bar and my favorites are El Guapo and Kaiser. The soda machine has a large variety of carbonated noncarbornated drinks.

They’re incapable of getting a clearly labeled and printed order correct. They prepare the order completely wrong and still attach the correctly labeled item label onto it. This doesn’t happen to just one item in the order, every single item they manage to completely and utterly screw up. Their is simply no excuse for this level of incompetence but to blame management and ownership. It’s such an ongoing recurring theme of this restaurant I won’t return. I won’t give them anymore of my money. Lesson learned, employees of this establishment are simply too incompetent to trust to even make a burrito or salad, good luck to these people in a word like ours, i’m genuinely concerned about people that are as special needs as the employees of this store are.

I’ve here many times. Today has been the worst service ever. Rude nasty staff. Yelling at me,were mad because they weren’t listening. Didn’t ask if I wanted a drink or even to eat in. If you want good service this is not the place. Change your staff!
