I’ve eaten at other Moe’s outlets but this one felt very different. Extremely salty beans, uncut chicken chunks and barely any lettuce in the salad bowl whereas that should’ve been the major ingredient! I’d say don’t hate Moe’s based on food you eat here, other locations do serve better. They also messed up my take out order by adding the salsa that I didn’t ask for. Overall, bad experience.

Very disappointed with our experience today. Normally we get several kids meals which are priced at $6.59 each. Once at the table we noticed on the receipt that we were billed almost a dollar more per meal. I questioned L$sa – the cashier and she said they are upcharging a dollar per meal for the tiny cheese queso sauce, instead of getting the standard cookie! We have substituted the cookie for the cheese sauce without any type of up charge for many many years including up until several days ago. The cashier proceeded to get the manager named Gen@vieve (never have seen this one before) who insisted that the price is higher and I inquired when did this change happen, because we come on a weekly basis – and we were there just several days ago with the $6.59 per meal price. She said that “the change took place 2 years ago!” Are you kidding me? So you’re telling me for 2 years all of the employees who have worked there (all under different management) have been giving us our meals at the correct stated price of $6.59 (or whatever was posted on the menu board at the time) and now you’re trying to increase the price where it was Not listed anywhere. Additionally, to argue with long-standing repeat regular customers!? Seriously? This is outrageous. Over $24.73 for three kids meals seriously? Criminal.

The experience was okay for fast food buffet style service. They take care of online orders 1st before the patrons that are waiting in line and the cleanliness could use some work. The manager and the employee were arguing behind the counter. However, I didn’t feel that the price of the food held up to its standards. They have questions so that’s a plus. Not alot of parking in front but there is a parking lot next to it a fee feet away with additional parking spaces.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not one to complain about food but this one really disappointed me. Paid $30 for a burrito bowl and a burrito, asked for sour cream and guacamole in my bowl and didn’t receive it. The food was extremely salty, literally all I taste is salt, got free chips and queso, when I got home there was no queso just a bag of chips. Customer service was terrible.
