I’m not someone that posts reviews often (or pretty much ever)…but when I saw the catering order that came to my office, I couldn’t help but post. I looked at it and thought, how in THE WORLD is this going to feed 10 people?! So, I called into the catering group at Moe’s. I was told that because I have 2 proteins they get split up for the amount given…they weigh it out to be 2 oz of meat per person (so 10 oz of chicken, 10 oz of beef). I asked on what planet is 2 oz of meat enough for a person? I was told that if I look on the back of a taco box they call for 1.5 oz per taco, so Moe’s is actually giving extra. So I guess each person is supposed to only eat one tiny taco. This is an absolute joke and waste of money. I essentially paid $100 for 10 oz of beef and chicken (each)…I would have been better off buying 10 meals as opposed to a catering order for my office; it would have actually fed us and cost the same. Next time I will happily just make it myself, make it better, and for much less money than I was charged. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!

We stopped by the restaurant for a quick lunch while on a long road trip. The food was good and the prices were modest. We had the Edgy Veggie Bowl ($12.49) and the Homewrecker Bowl ($10.50). The large size beverages were $2.75 each.

I am so upset. Everybody was super nice , food was good , except when I left I didn’t have my food in my bag. All I had was chips and my big cup of queso. I stood there for about 10 mins waiting to be even ordered on ( they were super nice about it though) , get to the check out. Paid for my stuff she hands me my bag , I get home… she didn’t even put my actual meal on the bag.. didn’t ask if I wanted a drink, or is this for here or to go.. she was to much of in a rush it seemed. Yes I could of checked my bag but it didn’t cross my mind to do so cause it is common sense to have a meal in there since the meal comes with chips.

Stopped here on Sunday August 6th on the way from Toypalooza. I had never been here before since I live in WV and this place was amazing. I got The Stack and everyone on the line was very nice and they put a good amount of portions on your tortilla. It was not that expensive for the size of the items. The coke machine was down but the lady at the register let us know and gave us other options for beverages. Love the chips and queso and the chocolate chunk cookies. Was just a great experience all around. I still think about that stack sometimes it was so good. Will definitely go back if we are in the area again.

I have been to this location many times but after today I will no longer be going back. The service by all 3 employees was absolutely embarrassing to MoE’s the experience was terrible I was ordering food and there was barely any food in the containers and I had asked the gentleman if there was anymore vegetables and he stated the girl didn’t feel like cooking it with a smart attitude so I then asked what time they closed he said 9:00 I said to bad tell her to go cook it. The cashier thought it was funny that he was being rude so I told her she was unprofessional and I do not feel bad what do ever for being rude back. Sad they will be losing a lot of business here with people like that working.

Better portions than the competitor. With Covid, this place is fast. The home breaker bowl is huge, and plenty as a meal for 2. The chips very greasy, beware. Bathrooms clean. Service friendly. Priced moderately.

We came at the start of the lunch rush so I’m seeing the best possible presentation. I must say, coming from being a Chipotle fan, I was very impressed. Good flavors, superior to chipotle as a whole. Moe’s carnitas, for example, is not as tasty as Chipotle’s, but their burrito overall kicks Chipotle’s to the curb.

Good consistent lunch spot. Got my usual homewrecker with a side of cheese sauce. Been to Moe’s Carnegie and Washington so far. Both spots had very good service!

Well first I paid $14.00 for a chicken bowl only to have absolutely damn near NO CHICKEN in it and I even order extra meat and that was steak and there was VERY little steak in it.. this is no exaggeration when I say this but for both chicken and getting extra meat in it, I would say it was about 2 tablespoons worth of meat in it!!! I should have paid more attention to what this so called line cook was giving me but i shouldn’t have to, to be quite honest!! And me being a CHEF for 17yrs, I would say this is quite unexacceptable PERIOD!!! GOOD LUCK with your buisness!!!!
