I came in today after work from doing 12 hours and ordered meals for my daugther & I. I was waited on by the worst 2 employees that I have yet to encounter by Moe’s!! I’ve been a customer for years! These 2 employees talked to me in the most unprofessional manner, even made sly remarks. I ordered a kids meal & a chicken & steak bowl. I asked for extra sour cream & LOOK how much sour cream was put on my bowl. It’s one thing to be a unprofessional employee but to take it to the next step and play in someone’s food is just ridiculous & uncalled for especially when I’m PAYING. Regardless, I am a paying customer and i don’t appreciate how my meal was handled.I will never ever in my life support Moe’s again. Please don’t waste your time. I’m only giving one star bc I had no option for none. I wish I was able to insert a picture on Google just to show you!! If you’re curious, check the Facebook page or Yelp reviews for a picture!

Rude staff. It’s not the first time that 1 or more staff were rude to me because they didn’t like my special order due to medical issues. I’m always polite to them & apologize for any inconvenience. I’ll have to consider going elsewhere which is too bad, I like their food.

Overall good service. Some how our online order didn’t go through, even though we had email confirmation but the staff was able to retrieve it using the confirmation number and got it made very quickly. Very friendly and great customer service.

The staff here in Erie pa on west 12th street and so professional and there customer service is spot on. From the moment I walked in to the time I left. They go above and beyond to make the customer experience a great one. And the way things are today the service I industry is really struggling. The manager personally asks how my visit is going. I’m a business owner and would be proud of this team. Kaleb went out of his way and made sure my food was fresh and he was very friendly. They place was very clean even to my OCD standards. Great job guys! Thank you! Customer for life.

Food is good. Prices are good. Poor service. I don’t think it’s the employees fault but there’s no one else to make online orders. So when you show up to order in person you stand there watching five orders get made ahead of you. I ended up leaving and going someplace where I didn’t have to stand behind an imaginary person.
