Generally exactly what you would expect from a fast food place. If you can, avoid going later in the day. In my experience the restaurant becomes very dirty and disorganized the closer the store is to closing. Prices seems to always be increasing without a matching increase in food or service quality.

My partner and I love going to Moe’s but this visit was a bit different. We normally go for lunch on the weekends but we went for dinner instead. The guy at the beginning was being super rude to us bc I couldn’t hear what he was saying and asked him to repeat himself. He kept rolling his eyes when I asked him to say it again. It’s kind of hard to hear someone when they mumble when asking you questions. He made me feel like we were bothering him when we were getting our food made. The food was good. The experience was horrible.

I go here with my wife from time to time and its usually ok, nothing great. The last time was pretty bad. They couldn’t wrap our burritos at all and they immediately fell apart. The cashier argued if using our free burrito coupon was worth it or not. Then the soda machines were practically empty.

Today was my first time eating at Moe’s. It likely will be my last as I wasn’t the least bit impressed. I ordered a bowl, and received the toppings I requested. I had to guess what the meat toppings were as nothing is labeled. I requested guacamole on my bowl, and received it. But I was confused when I went to pay and was asked if I wanted guac or queso. I had no idea that it was to go with the chips on my tray. Also, the pico was heavily coated with some red powdered spice which made it look unappetizing. I didn’t notice any particular flavor when I ate it. All in all, I believe I prefer Chipotle. No difference in price, but a big difference in flavor and experience.

At least once a year, we drive up to State College and we end up coming here for food. This is the closest Moe’s to us. I wish they would open one up closer to Ebensburg/Indiana. Thr food is great. It’s delicious. Even if they slimmed down their menu options.
