I ordered the nachos and I got everything on it but the guacamole which made me so mad because I get charged for it. I also ordered a bottle Coke Zero but they put a bottle of coke in the bag instead so I had to ask them to get my a bottle of Coke Zero but they kept giving me Diet Coke which isn’t the same thing. They made it seem like I was stupid and luckily someone else who sees me come in a lot was able to fix it for me.

I just ordered a drink. The employees looked at me like I had 3 heads. One of the soda machines had ice all over the floor. The machine was spitting out ice. My coke tasted very sweet.

If you order online be prepared to be disappointed. I’ve gone here on and off for two years and every single online order has been wrong. They either forget ingredients, forget an item, or hand you the wrong food. And if you call and explaining the situation they blame you or get mad if you ask for them to make the missing item. I tried to reach out to customer service and their email was full. This latest blunder was it for me. I would give zero stars if possible.

Hey what ever happened to “welcome to Moes!”no one seemed to care ..no uniforms ….really hard to understand what they were saying .salsa bar dirty ..one soda machine not working ..area with lids for drinks …what lids !..also very dirty ..yet 3 employees standing around ..only 4 customers in there .They couldn’t figure out how to except the credit card in the machine .chicken in my burrito was cold ..beans needed drained. Trash needed emptied. Must be a ration of chips because we didn’t get many with our “meal “.Had to go back a second time to pay .The employee need some training . This “ownership ” needs to care ..it’s your restaurant…care a little .We won’t be back .
