Ordered online and paid extra for a cup of queso. Left a 25% tip Drove all the way home and realized they never put my queso in the bag. Ordered green salsa, got red. Placed my order to be ready at 6:30 got there at 6:35 and when I got home our food was ice cold, so that tells me they started making it as soon as the order came in. Tried calling to let them know about it and got no answer!

My burrito was literally sopping through the bag and fell apart as soon as the foil wasn’t holding it together. It did not taste good and I don’t think the price was worth the portion.

2nd time in a few months and 2nd time no welcome. Maybe they don’t greet you anymore? Last time, the kids were rushed to pick items to go in burrito. (No one else in line) This time it was me and both times I brought it to their attention. Today, we went to eat and nothing was labeled. So 2 of 3 were bit into by their non ordered. Very disappointed and won’t be back. I understand having difficulty but these things are easy remedy. Slow down and mark the food!

I had Moe’s for the first time and I am not impressed at all. The steak burrito I ordered was lacking a lot of flavor in everything I put on there. Adding salsa helped a little but it still wasn’t great. Compared to similar restaurants this ranks last in Mexican grills. They need to step up their flavor game before I go back to one.

I absolutely love Moe’s. But I get mad at them. They get me addicted to something and then they take it away. Their food is good, their employees are friendly and the food amount is huge. Plus you never pay for the chips and salsa. Also if you go on a Monday you also get a free drink! Join their rewards program and earn $10 and your meal is basically free when you use the rewards money!

Order for curbside. They can’t be bothered to answer the phone after three calls. Go inside. Takes ten minutes to get anyones attention. They tell me my food is on a table. There’s no food. Get someone elses attention and they bring my food. They forgot my drinks. Go back in and wait several more minutes before getting my drinks. Haven’t even tried the food yet. Won’t be back.
