Stopped in to get GRANDE HOMEWRECKER BURRITO. It’s amazing how large and delicious this is. All the ingredients were fresh and wonderful. We ended up trying a chicken, a beef, and the steak. All were delicious! The crew working were very friendly and helpful. The tortilla chips have no salt and are very tasty also.

CSR is not just about serving the products to the customer, it’s also about greeting and making the customer feel welcomed into the business establishment. Food prep person had an attitude because I asked for sharreded lettuce and the cashier, no greeting, no thank you even after I said it twice to her. The vibe in that store was so NEGATIVE! What happened to greet customer with a smile and saying welcome and thank you, be sure to come again. IJS… #rehobethbeachlocation

Went to get nachos. The man gave me burnt chips.When I told him he just put new on top. Then threw beef and cheese on them. Didn’t ask me what I wanted and didn’t get rid of the burnt chips. I ended up walking out. With all the people needing jobs you can do better.

Just like so many restaurants in the Rehoboth Beach area & around the country Moe’s has experienced a shortage of workers. I visited a few weeks ago around closing time and 3 of the managers were the only ones working & doing a phenomenal job. The food was yummy & their attitude was enlightening. They could not have been nicer. Tonight, Moe’s sounded good again & on my way there I realized they were closing very shortly. I ran in & apologized it was so nice & asked if it was OK if I placed a to go order. The nice lady (think she is one of the managers) said, the sign on the door says we are open until 9pm, you can order until then & we will serve you with a smile! Wow! Now, that is some great customer service along with some yummy food too! Keep up the great work! Bravo! StaySm:)in’!

Went there this past Sunday. Wasn’t impressed. Food was fair but the place isn’t the same anymore. When I worked there 8 years ago it was awesome. Locally owned by Tim and Carol. They had a Carvel ice cream station and everything. It had a spirit and personality. Fun people. Then they sold it to a franchise owner. They changed everything. They raised prices and and lowered the amount of ingredients. Things went downhill from there. It was always packed when I first started especially Sunday lunch time. Should of been a line out the door. There was only 8 customers. Proof that they’ve gotten bad.

Hands down the best Moe’s around Foods always delicious I’ve been to multiple locations the one in Salisbury Maryland and the one in Bear Delaware both are disappointing i wouldnt give them 1 star but I give 5 stars to the Moe’s in Rehoboth Beach THE BEST ALWAYS !!!!

Very shocked at the experience we had today. As a place we frequent fairly often, it seems that they have hired some new staff. The woman who made our order filled each taco with literally maybe a 1/2 tablespoon with ground beef. When asked about it, she stated that was “normal portion”. She made remarks to the gentleman who tried to at least add enough meat to cover the bottom of the shell. Also when we got our bowl of queso filled by the same gentleman, she again made remarks stating he filled it too high (even though it was only filled 2/3 of the container). While dining in, she was rough housing with the other workers, eating behind the counter, and then even spraying cleaning solution in a playful manner at another coworker. Very unprofessional and truly disappointing. We won’t be returning.
