We were driving on the way and found this moes restaurant. Nicely located . Lots of parking outside and they have a good seating outside the restaurant too. Inside of restaurant looks good too. We went about 9.30 pm and they said they are closing . We had to request for food, as the google maps said the closing time was 10 pm . They then accepted to serve food . Veggie quesadilla was ok . Rice was a bit dry . Rice bowl with guac and chick was average too.. overall an average experience . 3/5 ..

I always like Moe’s and the food is great tasting. My only complaint is the prices keep going up and some of the food portion sizes seemed like they were a little lacking with the bowl, when I was being served. I have gotten way more before so it can be a little disappointing at times. But other than that my wife and I enjoyed our great tasting food!

My family and I were frequent flyers of Moes in Herndon but will not be returning. After several visits the last handful of Monday’s and them charging the incorrect amount, I finally put in a formal complaint through their website to get a reply stating they were right and I was wrong, “sorry for the inconvenience”.

I got the burrito for Moe’s Monday. The guy working tonight scammed me by charging me $13 after scanning the Moes Monday code for $9. He tells me he charged me more bc I didn’t ask for a drink. Yet he proceeded to not give me the drink.

Clean and well stocked bathroom. Good service and friendly staff. I had the close talkers salad with steak. Southwest vinegarete dressing tasted great. I eat here weekly.

Worst experience the ladies up front were racist and responding in a condescending manner. I asked for a burrito but because there was a lot of toppings I asked the lady up front for a bowl so that I can put the burrito in the bowl which will be easier but the lady wanted to up charge me questioned why I needed a bowl and just she was very rude and smirking. My friend wanted double protein and he asked her and 3x she kept asking him is he was willing to pay after he told her he is aware and will pay I don’t know why she kept questioning him. He insisted maybe she was having a bad day but no I went to this same store 3x and all the 3times I had the worst experience! Food is good but the workers are not friendly at all. They profile people especially African Americans.
