Terrible service from both of their managers at this location!!! It was Moe Monday so I let them scan my code and it didn’t go thru…they couldn’t find me when they even kept putting my phone number in. The associate then gets the male manager that day, I do half cash, half card, I then swiped my card and the manager says I had to do it a certain way to get it through to their system. I do it another time it says approved I go away thinking and nope the manager comes over and tells me it didn’t go thru it was the most ridiculous thing… I came over swiped again… didn’t show any transactions on my bank account after until the next day and they totally overcharged me and they didn’t give us any free items for that frustrating thing happening… plus they were giving me and my boyfriend little crumbs of their veggies and corn in our bowls. I then went back the next day and the associate said no manager on board that I’m going to have to come back the next day. Next day I come in and the female on board manager was SO NASTY. Didn’t even give me back my $8 in cash I said can I atleast have my $8 that I paid in cash she said she couldn’t and said the whole $29 would go back on my card without me even swiping it! I said where is my copy of receipt that I’m going to get it back for proof and she was giving me attitude saying in 3-5 days I would get it. I told her this is why I reported your store and you. The days pass by and nothing! I knew she was lying! I had to call my bank to get it disputed and they resolved it instantly but still didn’t get back my cash from that terrible manager. I won’t be going back AT ALL and don’t recommend ANYONE to go there! Their all miserable and hate their job…

I had a fairly decent experience eating here. Food was decent, and the Pico de Gallo was especially tasty. Portions were large and filling, and relatively inexpensive, at least for the amount of food I got. However, there were two things wrong during my visit. First, they had no salsa two hours before close. There is no point of giving free chips if there isn’t any salsa. Secondly, the rice was crunchy and inconsistently cooked. It was not a miserable experience, but I do not see myself returning to this location.

We always get take out from here and it’s quick and easy to do from the app. Our order is always waiting and ready on the pickup bar and it’s a quick process. The burritos are delicious and yummy.

Well. I must say. I am a little disappointed at this place. I saw it on tv and I wanted to try it. So we did. First! Food quality is great. But the portion size is a lot to ask for. I order a kids meal chicken bowl and the amount of rice, beans and pretty much all of the items where for a like a 4 year old. My son was very hungry after eating his bowl.(he is 8th) the staff was not friendly at all. The “welcome to More’s” shout was more like a whisper. Green sauce and hot sauce not as good. Place was clean and everything looking nice. But the service wasn’t. That sucks because I Don’t think I will go back again. I had much higher expectation about this place. Great queso! Better than chipotle I must say. And definitely a few more items. But the service and portions not to good. Hope they can fix that.

Ordered pickup and the food was literally tasteless. The burrito was mostly rice and hardly any chicken. The sour cream was minimal. I literally could make better tasting chicken at home. This was my first time back at Moe’s in years and I won’t be going back at all.

The service at this location was absolute TRASH. Don’t skimp out on the customer with the proteins. And the way my server picked at my bowl of food to break apart the chicken since I made a fuss about it to not give me 4 piece but 5… absolutely pathetic. I should have never bought the food but honestly it’s the only thing in this area that is gluten free… horrible service and would rather drive to Rockville to get my food. This happened on 1/11/2023 at 4:55pm my order number is 5081.
