From a takeout experience I give Moe’s Southwest Grill, 5 stars. Order was correct and have plenty full amount of chips in the free chips and salsa bag. I ordered a homewrecker bowl with chicken, for about $11 after free delivery via Uber Eats. My order wasn’t even the first stop and it still arrived in about 30 minutes. Overall great experience.

The line was dirty. I wanted mushrooms and they said they were out .. I wanted cilantro but same history.. they salsa bar was nasty and no salsa Lil cups.. i asked for one and they never give me one . So whats the point of given chips??

AWFUL!! The worst food I have ever had at Moe’s. I would not be surprised if I am sick after eating there. My square burrito was no where near as good as what it used to be in the past. So sad.

Hadn’t been to this location in years but I started coming to this location again a few weeks ago, the two times I’ve come in Luisa has taken really good care of me. She always greets you with a smile and is very efficient in moving the line along and multi-tasking! There are never long lines at this location and everything is always fresh.

This is the nastiest Moe’s I’ve ever been to. All of the meat on the line was OLD. You can tell it has been sitting out for awhile because it was all dried out. I politely asked if they plan to make fresh meat. I was told no. I then saw the line person put guacamole on my burrito. Which is fine because I requested it. However, he didn’t even scoop the guacamole to put it on my burrito. He used the guacamole that was already on the spoon versus scooping fresh guacamole. I asked for more and was told it was $2. I reported the entire incident to the manager and she offered me a side of guacamole. Chips are super stale. Never again!

Yuck!!! Went for lunch today and watched a female employee (see photo) fill up a drink order for a togo order wearing her gloves. She touched the filthy screen of the drink machine with her fingertips. Once finished, she went back behind the counter and began touching the food without changing her gloves!!! Chopping chicken and handling a crunch-wrap on the grill. Sick!!! How are you allowing these employees to work there? And what’s worse is that your phone numbers are all disconnected to the store and to corporate. Patrons: avoid this place or make sure you ask them to change gloves in front of you.
