Absolutely ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes because the one single person I front of me wanted steak. They were cooking the new batch of steak, so she had to wait. But rather than moving on to me and my order while she waited, I was quite pointedly ignored. An online order was completed, so I know it wasn’t they were out of everything, I was just not even looked at until this lady’s steak was cooked. Never mind the wriggling and screaming infant I was holding in my arms, or my older daughter with me. I wasn’t even asked if I would be wanting steak, or notified the steak was cooking. I waited for 15 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. As soon as her order was done, the kid at the counter asked what I wanted. Suddenly I wasn’t invisible. That’s when I verified why I waited, he confirmed, so I left. It just blows my mind that the line forming behind the lady would be so unimportant as customers.

The most disgusting Moe’s I’ve ever set foot in. Upon entrance, I noticed that the floors were extremely sticky. The restaurant was super hot as well. No greeting from any employees. Could not hear a word the employee was saying when trying to take my oder. He was literally whispering. Maybe it was the airpod he had shoved in his ear. I kept having to ask him to repeat himself. It was the same thing when the food got moved down the line to the next employee. I asked a question about the sizes of queso and she just pointed to a sign. Everyone acted like they were so miserable. I didn’t get asked if the order was for dine in or carry out. They just assumed and bagged everything up. As I was leaving, I saw customers with trays. I’m not sure why I didn’t receive a tray since I was dining in. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Moe’s.

The service was fast and efficient. The food was good as with most Moe’s locations. Many of the tables were dirty and the napkin holder was pretty dirty, but overall it is a fine place for a large burrito.

It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten at Moe’s. I remember huge portions with lots of options. Now the only huge thing about it is the price. It’s trying too hard to be Chipotle and not keeping with all of the reasons why people choose Moe’s over Chipotle.

Food was good was not satisfied with service workers were very quiet and hard to hear at times never asked if we wanted carry out or dine in and seemed slow packing our food towards the end of order as well as the floors felt very sticky all through out.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, but I felt it was necessary to share. Do not order food at this Moe’s, especially take out. Wasted nearly $30 and the food was dreadful. We ordered two 12” steak burritos, & there were literally 3 pieces of steak on two burritos. Not to mention one was 10”, & one 12”. The ingredients were nothing like what was ordered. The ingredients were so far off we couldn’t even determine which burrito was which. We ended up throwing the majority of it away. It was one the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. I hope somebody finds this info useful. You can’t say you weren’t warned.

I really like Moe’s. I wish there was one near where I live. They’re fast, friendly, and fresh! Great selection of toppings / ingredients that are tasty, but wish they had shrimp too. Then they’d be perfect.
