Service was great. Food portions are sad. $10 for a few bites of rice and a couple bites of chicken. When i asked for extra chicken I get charged $3 for another bite. My total came out to over $17. Thats a 5star meal price in most restaurants. I honestly don’t know how the owner of this place can go to sleep at night knowing this is the case. You can really tell this place is doing horrible when it comes to business because of the fact they really have to limit the food portions to the degree that they do. Food taste great but if you are looking to eat more then a small snack DO NOT COME HERE.

Hey, Moe’s. I know that I ordered and paid for a burrito bowl, but I wanted to say thanks for the 2/3 bowl (kid’s meal??) that I actually received (pics attached). The service here is typically slow over the last year despite having 4 employees on the line during our last visit. Clearly, online orders take precedence over people waiting in line.

TERRIBLE. Ordered online, picked up close to closing so we couldn’t go back. Most of our chips were dark burnt and tasted terrible. We didn’t receive our queso side or drink. A bunch of items in our burritos were missing (sour cream, guacamole etc.) Ordered a white meat chicken quesadilla got steak, ordered spicy chicken burrito got regular. The food was just garbage. The store wasn’t even busy when we picked up the food.

I was a little apprehensive at first, but I gave it a chance. Food was great. You get a lot. I couldn’t finish The Stack. The staff were nice and very engaging. Even though they looked tired, there were smiles all around.

Not good. I wish I was lying when I say the worker literally burped on our food. If you like burnt dried out chicken, then this is the place for you. If not, then I would recommend going to a different Moe’s. Be better Battlefield Moe’s.

This location has gone down hill fast! Customer service was AWFUL! Everyone behind the counter looks bothered by you being a customer. The gentleman making my bowl had an AirPod in one ear and anything I said he did the opposite because he wasn’t paying attention. Honestly, makes me wonder if they’re staff is this careless with customer service, how they’re handling the food.

If your going to have someone making burritos, you should probably train them how to actually fold one. I watched as the employee making mine and my sons burritos just kind of grabbed and folded the ends over and smashed them into a ball with the tortilla ripping. I said something to him and he whent and got new tortillas and proceeded to just attempted to roll and smash it into a ball again and just shrugged at me when I asked if anyone there knew how to roll a burritos. It was an impossible mess to eat. Train your people and hold a standard!

Always a great burrito at Moe’s. Service is quick and perfect if you are in a rush. Seems like the same people have been running my local store for over a year. Very efficient! Burritos are very good…made to order. Chips are ok at best but they are free so can’t really complain.
