Will never order from here again! Placed a pick up order with 3 kids burritos, 1 adult burrito, and a stack. The stack was burnt to a crisp, my husband couldn’t even eat it! 3 of the burritos had holes all throughout the tortilla, thankfully I had tortillas at home so I could re-wrap them properly. The other burrito wasn’t even wrapped up, it was just folded over so all the toppings were all over the place when I opened the foil. I added guacamole to one of the burritos and it was all one 1 side of the burrito, I had to dump the contents into a bowl to mix it all together. The chips are so stale, definitely must have been yesterday’s chips. I ordered Moe’s sauce and salsa on the side of each burrito and didn’t even get any of it.

My photo may not be appetizing but the food was great. The inside was really clean and tidy. The service was welcoming. I got tofu soft tacos with various veggies. Chips were included and there is a salsa bar. Everything tasted great. If you’re a vegan, this location is a good place to get a quick meal.

I tried Moe’s for the first time. The two ladies in front of me in line left as soon as they got to the counter. I couldn’t see the counter front where I was standing and figured they just changed their minds. When I got up to the counter everything looked old and dried out. It was a mess. There were pieces of everything scattered all over the place. I ordered and the lady went to the back to get more meat. She was gone for a couple minutes and I decided not to get food. It looked too nasty and I wasn’t hot with the smell of delicious food when I walked in. I don’t know what it smelled like but it wasn’t food.

This was the Moe’s on Coliseum Drive. The employees there made it very clear that they didn’t want to be there. They were rude to us for no reason. When the first girl started making the bowls for us she gave such a small portion – not even a whole spoonful of rice, beans, meat, corn, or the cooked onions/green pepper. For almost $11 for each bowl you would think they would give you at least a spoonful. I’m not going here again unless I know I would at least get my money’s worth of food. And they might want to consider hiring people that are at least decent to you.

I walked in and no customerd in the place, No one was up front. I waited as I saw people through the glass on the kichen doors. They FINALLY saw me and came out and acknowledge me. I had to sit there and wait for the lady to fix her hair, wash her hands wipe her face and stand and stand and stand there so she finally drug her heels to help me. She then proceeded to be the slowest person earth, stale taco shells HORRIBLE! Then I finally get to the checkout and asked for chips (and the guy checking me out wasnt much better) so he gives me chips and queso order when I wanted free chips so I had to pay more then they were stale! NEVER AGAIN! I should have left in the beginning but I really wanted Moes, what a disappoinment! 1 star was generous, that manager there in duty on 8/6/23 was very slack when they were not busy and the restaurant was kind of dirty! Went in around 8pm. Staff was courteous but informed me because it was an hour before closing they did not have all of their ingredients available such as queso for nachos which was my purpose for going. I walked out with nothing. They stated it was too late to cook/prepare more queso sauce. Very disappointing. I drove to a Qudoba and they had everything offered on their menu I got the food I wanted.

Staff was less than enthusiastic. The first woman we spoke to couldn’t even tell me the differences between the rice. She seemed like she didn’t even want to be there, let alone help any guests that entered. The best customer service was from the older woman working today. She was kind and helpful. Definitely need some customer service training at this location, overall.

Stale chips, salsa counter was empty and a total mess. 8pans we’re dirty and not full. Our rice was old and crunchy and the chicken was over cooked. Staff didn’t seem to care, more concerned with something on their phones. Just not happy with it
