I had high hopes for this restaurant being that the last one I went to was really good, unfortunately I was let down. I’ll start by saying the employees were nice. As for the food it was really bland even with the addition of the toppings. The salsa bar was a great addition but most of containers were either super low or completely out and this was around 6 in the evening. I went to go sit down and all of the tables were dirty. It only got worse when I used the restroom…. it was filthy. I’ll add that there were only a few customers in the restaurant so all of those issues should’ve been something that they were working to fix.

Everything was fine until we got to the wrapping of the burrito the lady making my burrito made it entirely too messy, and when my fiancé asked her to remake it, as in re-wrap, she gave him attitude and didn’t even re-wrap it

Food was salty as all heck somehow, chips were stale and again super salty. 14 tables, not a single one was clean… the area where they put items on your food was even more gross than the seating area, salsa bar was disgusting. Coke machine had like zero ingredients. Three females “working” and a guy in a cutoff shirt which seemed odd.

This was one of the most disgusting restaurants I’ve been in. First off, there was condensation leaking from all of the duct work causing the flooring to be wet everywhere. The food service stations had crumbs and debris all over. All in all it was very unappetizing. You’re better off going somewhere else.

The food itself wasn’t terrible but the staff on duty was a group of guys who were the reason this Moe’s was so bad. You had the manager (I think) trying to get 3 out of the 5 of them to work. 1 of them was struggling to handle the register and handing out orders. 2 that should have been kicked out because they were too busy with their personal issues to be working. The final guy was trying to get the orders done with the manager but the other 3 really were making it a disaster. They forgot 6 things to my order and then multiple things from the previous 3 orders before mine. They took over an hour to make 2 bowl meals. The store was dirty and their customer service was zero. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Absolutely disgusting. I’m visiting from out of town and this was the first time I had ever visited a Moe’s and it will be the last. Threw up my food it was so bad. The place was disgusting and each person behind the counter was worse than useless. Salsa smeared all over the floors and tables. I should have taken the hint when I saw their food line. Empty bins with food splattered between each other. When something on the line was empty, they just stared at me and shrugged when I asked if there was any more. When asking about what they offered they acted like i should know my options and were bothered by me even asking. Once my order was complete they just left it at next to the counter and didn’t ring me up until 5 to 10 minutes later. Instead of asking me what i got, the just asked each other and no one remember what i just ordered. How the hell does this place have 4 stars on Google reviews? Should have trusted the yelp reviews this time. Stay far away as possible.

Online order. Picked up was missing burrito & sauces I ordered. Tacos were sloppy trash. Don’t bother. Go to Taco Bell cheaper & you get what you ordered. Tried to give zero stars but app won’t let me . So they 1 star

We’ve been here many times over the last few years, but this was the first time we’ve had this pitiful amount put into a honewrecker bowl. The service is still fast and friendly, but this is honestly about half of what we have been usually seeing when we get these. One was mine with the amount we usually get and the other was my wife’s.

The past 2 times I have been here I have had very poor experiences. About 2 years ago this Moes used to be my go-to spot but since then it has clearly undergone changes that have not been for the better. Everytime I have been in the past 3 months the restaurant has been very dirty, the management is poor, and the employees have not been trained properly. I hate to see this Moes go downhill but I hope to see some better management and care taken with the store and the customers.
