Food was good. The salsa bar was good but there weren’t any little cups to use and the employees didn’t refill them until right before we left. Even thou we let them know right away. The place is okay but there are better places to go…

Horrifically filthy. There were no clean surfaces in the entire place. The salsa were left out uncovered, on a cart instead of under the sneeze guard, in the cooler where they’re supposed to be. My shoes were sticking to the floor. This place is gross. If I hadn’t already paid I would have gone somewhere else.

So everytime o go to this place the staff isn’t very professional. However there was a woman that served me the other night along with a black young man. Their service was the reason I come to this page to give a review. It was great. Normally this place is terrible and that’s sad because I live 2 blocks away and I love the food just not the people.

I got food poisoning from this Moe’s, currently on a chain of vomiting. Honestly would advise everyone to stay away from the adobo chicken at this time as I had it in a bowl.

This place could do better.The food is good. Love the chips. HOWEVER, the employees really need to practice better hygiene. One employee ringing me up was sneezing and coughing all over the place without covering her mouth. Another employee with ridiculously long nails kept coming out of the kitchen and grabbing chips out of the chip bin without even wearing gloves. My chip bag had sour cream smeared all over one side. Overall I was pretty grossed out when I walked away with my food.

Ordered the advertised “steak and queso” bowl … then they wanted to charge me extra for the queso …(?) … it comes with the steak as advertised, what the heck? Threw in a few chips to make it look like I’m really getting a deal but if I wanted queso with those, that would also be an extra charge … pretty skimpy for a $13 order.

Wasn’t impressed. I went with someone i consider my son. He lives with me, i love him and take care of him like a son. The worker who took our orders and made our bowls, i think maybe she thought he was cute, so she gave him two scoops of rice and two scoops of chicken. She gave me one. Then she had a crazy look on her face when she asked if our order was together. Like “why are y’all ordering together ” honest to God that was the look on her face. Then she was sure to tell my son his bowl was on the bottom of the bag. Yes dear, mine was the only one with corn and a side of queso, we can figure this out. It wasn’t until after i paid, and gave a 3 dollar tip, because I’m a nice person, that the worker asked if we would like chips. My son told me on the way to Moe’s that delicious chips come with every order. Yes, i want the chips. and the bowl wasn’t as spectacular as i hoped, i only ate half of it so i didnt feel like i totally wasted my money. Just my honest experience.

#1 place to eat in Radford !!!! BEST BEST BEST food in town! Ive indulged in a lot of divine cuisine and this place definitely hit the spot for me when i was craving some good eats. it was my first time at any Moe’s Southwest Grill establishment and I was welcomed by Mrs.Lynett as soon as i walked through the door and automatically felt at home and knew i would be well taken care of. Not too long after walking in, Mrs.Lynett and Mrs.Ava already got working on making my food. Within about 3min my food was already done and ready to be paid for, after paying for my food i couldn’t wait to get home so i plopped my fat behind down at the closest chair and took a quick bite… and when I tell you that was a darn good burrito… that mf was gooooooooood. and Ive eaten at chipotle and every burrito spot you could think of in Los Angeles and DC and this fine establishment by the name of Moe’s is definitely now at the top of my list. I almost finished the burrito before I even got to the car… and i parked out front lol. After everything was all squared away I was then sent away with happy farewell’s by Mrs. Ava, Mrs.Grace, Mrs.Lynett and Mr.Bryce. Moe’s Southwest Grill is a BIG recommend and i will be back :)))
