Fantastic employees, quick service, clean restaurant and full salsa bar! This Moe’s is such an upgrade from the Roanoke location. The pork bowl was fully loaded and tasted amazing! I would absolutely go back time and time again! It was also cool to see they had a drive thru too!

The oddest Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Stopped on a drive thinking it’d be a place we knew what to expect but somehow was surprised… this is a previous Taco Bell converted to a Moe’s, with the same layout and order taking. Which makes the efficiency of Moe’s non-existent. They did take the app rewards and food tasted the same just had to wait awhile.

Very slow service. Not a normal Moes. I wished I would have realized they had a drive-through because I would have preferred to wait in the comfort of my car rather than stand at a counter. We were the only customers, including the drive-through which was also empty. No one greeted us – no “Welcome to Moes!” We stood and waited even though we could see them, and they could see us– so then we used the restroom. We came back and waited at the counter, again. There were more employees than customers, and only one young woman with a nose piercing and a sweet demeanor seemed to be doing all the work of taking orders, making the food, cleaning up and serving customers— everyone else stood around chatting and complaining. It was around 2pm or so. This was supposed to be a quick stop. We took our food to go, but it still took something like 45 mins from the time we pulled in, to the time we left without eating in the restaurant. The food was still the great Moes food my family loves so it was a win and worth the wait for them. Needs either to be better managed or to get better help.

Theresa and her team were crushing their lunch rush when I walked in. This is a newer layout of Moe’s I haven’t been to yet but I like how streamlined it was. Food came out super quick and tasted amazing. A quick stop on my way to Roanoke turned into an unexpectedly great dining experience.

This place was awful. The AC wasn’t working so it was super hot. We place our order and waited almost 25 minutes. We finally got our food and took it home. The food was terrible. It was way too salty, like they dumped salt all over it. They told my fiancee that her Edgie Veggy would not be spicy. It was very spicy. Do not come here.

Our food was fresh, hot, & worth the wait. They even came out to my vehicle to let me know it will be an extra few minutes which not many places will do that. This location is better than one up near Carilion Memorial Hospital

I don’t think this location will stay in business much longer. I really like Moe’s but I have yet to have a positive experience at this one. The floor is always sticky by the drink machine, ice machine isn’t working so they have to get it from behind the counter. On Monday night when you would expect a larger crowd for the promotion there are few employees and none of them seem very motivated to get orders out. I do feel for the ones that do show up to work but if things are not going well, a manager needs to be called to help get things on the right track. Seems to have no leadership here.

Walked in, saw food left open on ordering counter, dirty, and worker could of cared less about having us standing there to order. Which that was good I suppose because it gave us time to really look around and realize this was the last place we wanted to eat at. We left and will never go to another Moe’s.
