Friendly staff took their time to ensure my kids orders were done right! Clean dinning area with a staff member cleaning as we were there. Food was great and all the ingredients tasted fresh. Great example of what Moe’s is supposed to be!

Horrible customer service from this location in the past month! First off there was no greeting or acknowledgment when I walked in. They had a lot of mobile orders they were working on which is fine, but it was almost 10 minutes before they took my order, and they could have at least said “We’ll be with you in a minute” or “Sorry about the wait”. I almost walked out but I had a gift card.

Over 10 dollar for one basic taco and a drink cup, waste of money, dont go here it wasnt even that good barely better than taco bell, chips were terrible, drink machine didnt even work, theres a qdoba up the road that you can at least get drinks from, why not go there

The portions are remarkably smaller than they used to be. The adult size quesadilla is basically the size of the old kids size still for $11. Typical corporate shrinkflation. Also, guilt tipping is bad here. They ask you to fill out the dreaded electronic tip flip screen with a suggested tip.

Did a online order didn’t get my chips and when call they claim I never order from them and ask to speak to a supervisor she on the phone laughing I didn’t see anything funny about them missing items out my bag and I’m highly upset but the nacho chicken bowl was delicious
