Fuquay Fun Finds
Love a good homewrecker Junior, my one compliant is the online ordering system is constantly having problems but that’s a corporate issue not this individual franchise. The employees are always nice with making it better though.

I just wanted to take a moment to do a 5 star review for the Moe’s staff that was working tonight (12/14/22) WOW! I ran into Moe’s very last minute, profusely apologized for being there 15 minutes before closing and the three gentleman behind the counter were out of this world kind. The staff went overboard to ensure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond expectations. Thank you Moe’s in fuquay for making my night!

The food was really pricey and not as good it use to be. Wasted around $37.00 dollars and it wasn’t that good. I use to love going to Moe’s. But y’all have changed menu so many times. My favorite was Billy Burro nachos, then it changed to Alright Alright now I don’t no what it’s called. I’m getting where I don’t like eating out. At least when I eat buffet I’m getting my money Worth

Boycotting this place. Was a 3x a week regular. Beware, change of menu is overpriced, they up charge for everything and new menu items that cost $3 more say double the steak but only give the same old two scoops as they originally did. They also have less offerings post pandemic meaning you are paying more for less . This new team is moving so fast they didn’t even ask me what type of rice I wanted. Third bad experience with feeling pressured. Get better Moe’s. Not feeling very “welcoming” anymore.

The home wrecker was good as always. I liked that they had extra sauces.

Literally saw one of the ladies who cooks reach her bare hand into the chips with her queso in hand and start eating, and over the chip barrel. I asked the manager if he was ok with that and he asked if I wanted my receipt. Lol. At least do that when there aren’t customers around. Grossssss lol

Maybe they were having a bad day, but the two employees I encountered seemed in an extremely bad mood, and seemed particularly bothered to have to make anyone’s order.

Food was great and portions were unusually large. Drinks needed more carbonation. Service kind of robotic but not rude. Lots of cases of product in the booths in the dining room.

I’m done. As others stated this is 3rd time ordering delivery and 3rd time order is wrong…toppings requested not complete and of course forgot the “free” chips and salsa…thanks Moes I have ordered a lot over the years but cannot continue with in correct orders.

Zero customer service, and the place looked like a tornado went through it. Dirty tables, empty napkins, no salsa containers, food on the floor. It took 3 staffers to fill 1 simple order and they spent more time talking to each other than they did filling the order. It was 7:30 at night and the restaurant wasn’t busy. It was empty. That should tell you something. The restaurant needs a manager or at least someone who cares about the customers. If you have the time, skip Moe’s and go to a locally run Mexican restaurant. The service and food will be much better.
