Just stopping with THE BIGGEST shout out to the crew at Moe’s Southwest Grill. We are stuck here during the storm, they lost power but Amarie did an outstanding job at keeping her calm, and helping her team members do the same. They took care of each client and she personally went around to invite each customer to stay inside safe while the storm passes. She was gracious, effective, polite, just impressive all around! Thankful for people who still offer this kind of customer service.

Typical Moe’s experience. There’s nothing too fancy here as it’s just another burrito joint with funny names like the “home wrecker.” The burrito includes guacamole so don’t forget to ask for it! The chips were pretty tasty but the salsas are mediocre. The best is definitely the mild salsa. The service was fast, servers were nice, and the restaurant is generally in good condition. If you need a quick bite to eat and don’t want to eviscerate your insides with the likes of other fast food joints, then this is a fine place to come.

I don’t expect much from chain restaurants but as a former employee of the Moe’s franchise this location has a lot to be desired. The two times I’ve come Into this location I’ve waited in line for almost 10 minutes. Which if they were slammed I’d absolutely understand, but 8 o’clock on a Wednesday, really? The girls behind the counter wouldn’t stop giggling long enough to move the line along. Then as it’s almost my turn they tell the customer in front of me they are out of black beans, a full hour before they close. Either they are slow or out of something, don’t waste your time.

I have been going here for over 10 years. Now they decided that you can not get a cup of water. I know inflation is crazy. Rase the price of your food. Change me for the cup and ice to get water. But to try and force me to buy over priced soda or bottled water. I will never go back here again.
