First time dining at this place. The inside is pretty spacious and they also have outside seating. The tables were not cleaned after people had dinned and didn’t look very sanitized. The food is quite unimpressive. We got a bowl with steak and other toppings. The rice was so dry that it actually hurt my teeth. Food is very salty. The salsa dip was very bland. The staff was nice though.

This used to be a good location. However, it has went downhill in the past several months. The last few times I went there has been this lady who rushes me through my order causing me to repeat myself several times. Half of my burrito was literally nothing but rice, which was hard from being under cooked. The staff has never been very friendly and I always pay a different price despite always ordering the same thing.

Food looked and tasted old made us sick for the rest of the day. Disinterested and rude employees. The entire floor was coated in something slick most likely mopped with greasy water. Second time we’ve been there and both times the same. Good bye moe’s hello chipotle.

Very disappointing experience while I was in town for business. The majority of the staff was very rude, especially a guy with the longer dark hair and glasses. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or suffers from serious mental issues on a regular basis. I also witnessed him spraying cleaner on the salsa counter with the salsa wasn’t covered. Fingers crossed that nobody gets sick. Never will I go to this establishment when I am in town again for work.

My family and I are visiting North Carolina and we stopped at Moes hoping for the amazing warm welcome from employees and outstanding service we usually receive in our hometown Moes. We experienced nothing of that sort. As we arrived the lady behind the counter rudely said “welcome to Moes” in a hushed tone that I would consider to be far below the usual Moes standards. A teenage boy with long hair ( that possibly was a hazard for our food ) did not reply when I asked him how his day was going and mumbled along the assembly line as I tried to salvage my experience there. A girl at the register with dyed hair was rude and judgmental and made me feel extremely unwelcome. The food was not good at all. Many of the prepared ingredients were charred or over/under cooked and the vegetables were discolored and wilted. I tried to get multiple different sodas; most of which came out as water. Very disappointed.

Went for dinner with my daughter. Burrito with chicken, black beans, rice etc. Chips with queso and a drink. Well made and tasty and their prices haven’t gone up as much as some other places.

Ordered for pick up. Said it would be ready at 6:11. Arrived and they hadn’t started making it. Decided they should make all the other pick it orders first even though I was standing there and none of the other pick up people were there. Got my order at 6:25.
