I came in here to grab something quick after working all day. The workers had an attitude young minded as usual , and don’t want to work. The girl with braids working the cash register was too busy trying to get back to her friend than serving a customer spending darn near 50.00 on food. Then as I’m leaving I thought I didn’t put my receipt in the bag and the cashier and other girl off to side start laughing So unprofessional. I asked them what they are laughing at n clearly it was me after turning around and noticing they seemed to be saying things after leaving. This store needs to hire more professional people that want to work children or not. Also there wasn’t any managers here at this location or seemed to be any adult Supervision only two teens and one older lady sweeping the floor.

All of the pans of food in front looked crusty around the edges,, kinda like burnt to the side of container. My food looked crusty. And tasted crusty too. Apparently staff didn’t show up so the manager and the prep guy were making food. They were doing the best they could. I will not be eating here again for a while.

Got my free birthday burrito in a burrito bowl on Moe’s Monday where it was busy. Got in and out so fast and everyone was super friendly. Clean restaurant. Great food. SO much food for the price! Delicious fresh ingredients are always used. The Chipotle sauce is amazing. Always free chips and housemade salsa with every order.

I tried to dine in on Monday but they wouldn’t help me get the thing on my phone or give me the 7.99 Monday deal. I am almost 70 yrs old and I need some help. Why would you treat old people like this, I am sad and I don’t feel welcome at moe’s.

On Moe Monday I ordered online an hour before they closed and arrived to pick it up at 8:40pm. The app would not accept the moe Monday deal although it said it was available and my order was applicable for the discount. I had to ask to receive the drinks that were already paid for. Service wasn’t great in general. Upon arriving home I undid their togo back and did not receive either order of queso (a cup and a side) that was paid for. I called the store with a few minutes left before closing and nobody would answer the phone, but I called twice. I used to love this moe’s but it has consistently gotten worse with each passing year 🙁

Been coming here for two years now and it’s been great. Since they hired this new gal she only gives you half scoops. Now this may be cause of supply chain issues but then you get charged $19 for THIS. Anyone that’s ever gone to moes in Concord knows that this is only half of what they typically give you and the price is usually $12. So MOES, you lost a customer. Sorry

The food was good and I have no complaints about the manager and other lady it seemed to be new working. We visited last night at 8:10 and when my cousin asked for a side of Queso this rude lady rolled her eyes. I was separate and when I was asked if I wanted dine in or carry out the lady once again rolled her eyes when I said dine in. I get that they were closing in 1 hour but we were friendly and even tipped the workers. She has made a bad impact on this Moe’s and I won’t visit again thanks to her.
