Came in for lunch for the Moe Bowl Moe Meat , only thing I get. Today when I ordered I paid $15 for 1/2 a bowl of food. The last time I was here it was at least full . Very disappointed. When I brought up to Manager she said that’s what you ordered, shared the amount is significantly less than any other time I have ordered and I will NOT be returning. The less she could have done was offer more rice.

I’ve been coming here for weeks ordering the kids burrito but in a bowl, matter fact, I’ve been doing it for years before I moved here from Columbia South Carolina. Tonight I placed the same order and you can tell I have significantly less than a full-size bowl and the lady at the counter tried to charge me for a regular size bowl. I advised her that is was a kid burrito in a bowl. She wanted to argue with me that it’s no such thing. I told her I would pay for it, but he would have to give me more food because clearly you can see I had less then a regular size bowl, suddenly she realize she can ring me up for a kids burrito which is what I was saying all alone. Please hire some competent people as I will not be back to this location

Thank You! A huge thank you to Moe’s fr providing lunch for my staff on World Teacher’s Day! The staff truly enjoyed the lunch as was able to help themselves to second’s and even thirds! The young lady who helped me carry al the boxes to my car had the best upbeat personality and smile to match. I do not remember her name but she was super sweet. Thanks again Moe’s!!!

Horrible service, there were two girls working, one was on her phone the entire time as well as eating cheese from the serving containers with her bare hand. The other girl was the only one working while there was a ridiculous line. Photo attached.

Me a the guys I work with decided to go here after work today a get dinner. The staff is a mostly young boys looked to be high schooler ages. They have no respect for their customers period.they are rude.. I ordered 2 steak home wreckers burritos an a large drink the guy making my burritos literally put 1 scoop a stake in the burrito it literally only went half to to the other side of the burrito I asked for more steak was told it would be an additional 3 dollars of that fine he literally puts a half scoop in the burrito that all I get for an additional 3 bucks he said yea if u want more it will be another 3 dollars.. I said no he asked me what all I wanted on it I said lettuce sour cream gilled onions, and peppers black beans jalapeños bacon an he says. You only get 3 items it’s an additional 3 dollars a piece for them I said hold up I’m about to spend prolly 50 bucks for two burritos an i can only have 3 things in my burritos or y’all’s gonna charge me 3 dollars for everything else I want in my burritos i told him we would was taken out business some where else.. an this kid looks at me an tells me that I have to pay him for the burrito he had started making.. I laughed an said no I’m not have a good night. An as we were walking to the door he started cussing saying we we’re leaving with out paying for our food.. I turned around an said I’m not paying for something I don’t want an then he tells me I’m lucky he on the clock. I ask why’s that. Because

The staff was rude, the restaurant was dirty. I ordered a chicken homewrecker burrito, the person behind the counter put three pieces of chicken on my burrito, and when I asked him to put more, he said it would be extra – turns out, for anything more than three small cubes of chicken, it’s $3. They also charged me $3 for queso inside the burrito, and only filled my cup of queso up halfway. The woman at the register was unreasonable when I explained what had happened, and so for a relatively small burrito, I had to pay $22. Absolutely ridiculous, and very disappointing.

Service was slow, even ignored at first by the couple of women working there. Food was okay. Kind of bland, to be honest. Restaurant at this location was dirty with water on the floor when I went. Pretty expensive for a subpar fast food joint.
