Don’t eat here unless your health expectations are of low standards. One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Corporate needs to show up. Visible ROACHES! Dirty bathrooms. Dirty counters. Food splashed and spilled in service areas. Can’t tell ya the last time it has been swept or mopped… there were so many visible footprints all over the floors, dust, & dirt. I never ordered my food. The appearance alone was enough to make me run. Everyone knows the bathrooms are a sign of the kitchen. Did ya know they are supposed to yell Welcome to Moe’s when you walk in the door??? 3 visible employees and the place looks like that, AND no one yelled Welcome to Moe’s. New employees needed here. Manager needs to be on site. probably a new manager also. Corporate needs to evaluate this location or board of health shut it down.

First time in this location, i usually make moes my last resort however, driving across the country has proven time and time again that moe’s Southwest grillps are here to stay and taking chipotles spot in my stomach and the watering mouth of my 2.7 million viewers todpay to be exact. The food was FRESH. THEY EVEN MADE THEP VEGGIES TO ORDER, FRESH OFF THE GRILL. OMG!!! Real responsive. The young group here needs a raise , im not just saying this⁰$$$. Clean smelled fresh and people had gloves on. I’d eat here everyday now. Fres⁰h veggies, warm welcome, fresh attitudes, Happy Saturday. This is what the reataurant franchises are missing. I can have good food TODAY. Thank you TO the entire staff. YOU were cool and ready to serve, not just me , but all their customers, and they did not rush at ALL and keep the counter clean. Ordered a Veggie bowl online, which should be very simple .. there’s a list of everything I wanted in the bowl. Well the only thing that was missing was shredded cheese and light chipotle sauce. So I called back and asked, were they out of shredded cheese.. the young lady said no and I let her know that’s what I asked for and she proceeded to say “ what would you want me to do about it” Well I would like you and your coworkers to PAY ATTENTION TO INSTRUCTIONS AND FIX THE CUSTOMERS FOOD RIGHT!! Nonetheless, this was my second time with an order that wasn’t fixed right. So with that being said, I can put a ❌ to WELCOME TO MOE’S on my list, bc I want be going back!

I enjoy coming to Moe’s but on this occasion the experience was very poor. My parents and I decided to come in to eat on Thursday June 22nd. We were instantly greeted with attitude. Alright. The food was all crusty and dry in the containers, I’m sorry but it looked pretty bad. We get our food and drinks and go to find a table to sit at and we literally cannot find a clean table (we were the only guests at this time, as well). We choose a table to sit down at and clean it ourselves. There was so much food and garbage all over the floor and I slipped on food trying to get out of the table to leave. This moes is normally great but I probably won’t be back, sadly.

Food was good but had to wait 45 minutes over estimated time for online order to be prepared. Trash all over the floor around drink area. The area for sauces was empty. Not a great experience, but this was at 530 on a Monday.
