Catching up on reviews. I stopped by on Sunday, 09-18-22, after leaving Festival In The Park. It appeared that many others did the same as the restaurant was fairly business. There was a line, but it was moving. I’m sure the chips I saw on the ground probably had fallen in the hustle and bustle of preparing orders. I just ordered a drink, but the young lady I ordered for did enjoy her burrito (unpictured).

We moved here recently and were happy to find a Moe’s conveniently located to us. Special shout out to Juhwan and Erika, who go out of their way to make sure our orders are exactly as we requested and we leave satisfied. They are so friendly and professional. They make the quick stop for a healthy and tasty meal all that much better! 🙂

Love this Moe’s location. You can tell they are understaffed at times, but the entire staff here continues to bust their butts and provide exceptional service. The manager Carlos is also one of the nicest people in the world. This will continue to be my #1 Moe’s location.

Ordered meal at 7:36. Supposed to be ready at 7:51. Did not get meals until 8:20. The lady kindly gave me a free drink because of my wait without me even saying anything. Still slightly annoyed that I had to wait in the store so long for my food, I get home just to go to eat the bowl and then theres 5 pieces of chicken… Then to find out the burrito had even less. Really annoyed. Don’t order online from this store!!!

What a great lunch! This was our first time eating at this location. My entire family has been Moeless for the past couple years since the Indian Trail location closed and that was usually bad which was probably why they closed. This location was amazing! We stopped in for lunch after a softball game and I was impressed as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and engaging. The entire staff worked as a team and they made the ordering process enjoyable. This was a departure from all the other “made-to-order” places that often feel more like you’re being corralled than ordering lunch. I really can’t say enough about how friendly everyone was. There were plenty of clean tables available and the Coke Infinity machine was clean, stocked with ice, and had all flavors available. The food was amazing, so much better than I remembered from any other Moe’s. Hot stuff was hot. Cold stuff was cold. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared perfectly. I’m so glad we stopped in for lunch and I will definitely return anytime we’re in the area.

Portions are getting smaller, the salsa cups are too small. The variety of toppings are better than chipotle and they give chips which is better. They won’t let you split chicken and steak

My work mate just ordered lunch for the two of us. No napkins, no eating utensils, no salsa, no salad dressing equals no stars. Disappointed. Update: i am really stupid. Ordered from here again. No utensils or salad dressing to eat my salad. So basically i am left with lettuce and cheese for my lunch. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The workers cannot read.
