Good meal, but the staff member making my meal (a young man, white, with long black hair) touched his face several times while preparing food. I asked him politely to change his gloves when it got to my place in line, but it didn’t amount to anything because by the time my tortillas were in the steamer, he was scratching his face again with gloved hands before reaching in to grab the ingredients for my meal.

Our order was carry-out. The home-wrecker burrito was good and the salad was good. However, the chips were stale. We called back to the restaurant to inform them so that other customers were not impacted. They literally tasted like they were a day or two old and someone forgot to swap them out. Anyway, we threw them away. This was not a deal breaker for us.

I’ve been to plenty of Moe’s throughout the years. This is my second subpar experience at this particular location. I got a joey burrito with white chicken, my usual, and the chicken was super bland, they took the hot sauce away from behind the counter (it’s a pain to open your burrito afterward to put some in there, then attempt to fold it back up), and the hot sauce was really bland and watery. The two workers there were very nice and pleasant, I just wish the food tasted better. Will not be returning to this location again.

I really like this new Moe’s location. Food is fresh and very flavorful. Staff are great. When I was in there this evening Isaiah made my burrito bowl and he was very engaging and polite. He showed us real hospitality. I like the fact that they have healthy vegan and vegetarian choices. I don’t eat meat every day so it was good to have the tofu option. I couldn’t believe the portion size! Great deal! Loved the guacamole ….

Probably the worst moes location I have been to. Service is slow, burrito wrapped poorly, meat over seasoned, STALE CHIPS, the list goes on. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere

First time ever eating here and must say it was pretty decent. It was better than chipotle. I would recommend and I would also go back. I got the steak burrito with everything and must say I was not prepared for how big it was. The chips kind of tasted old. But the burrito definitely made up for it.

I had to change this review. The food is alright and some of the staff are great, but the prices are ridiculous. When you get a burrito with guacamole and a cup of queso, that should never be almost $20. I’ve given up on Moe’s. I hope your employees make $20 an hour, otherwise Moe’s has gotten way too greedy and I won’t come here any more with prices like that.
