It’s all about consistency here at Sumter moes ! Which keeps me coming back again and again. The store is always clean, service is always quick & the manager is always running the cash register & taking pride in helping out around the business. To include keeping up with the parking lot & cleaning behind the indoor trash bins. Food is consistent in temperature as well as quality! Love this moes and great job to these employees!!

Very poor customer service. I got there with my wife to celebrate her birthday and sat down. No one talked to us. We waited for long expecting someone to talk to us or tell us what to do but no one cared. Several people entered and when we asked them what was happening, they asked us to join the queue. This was on Thursday 2/23/23 at about 6pm. I had to leave in disappointment. Very very terrible experience

Both my food and the restaurant itself were very messy. Tables and floors were dirty. When I unwrapped my burrito, I found that rice and cilantro were stuck all over the outside, and the tortilla itself had a few holes. The whole thing fell apart less than halfway through the meal

Yumm, tried to get a picture of the nachos I split with my daughter, but we were apparently hungry. Just so you know guacamole is extra, but they have a wonderful avocado salsa on the bar right now for free. It’s so good!

It was so nice to overhear Sean go the extra mile with this older lady. I’m guessing 1st timer to Moe’s and Sean made me feel extra comfortable by making that lady feel like she can ask questions and take an extra second when it’s the rush. I thank you for that. Sean you’ve earned a atta boy.

I hadn’t been to a Moe’s in a while and things have changed. The menu is more simple and the options are more streamlined. To get the Moe’s Monday deal, now you have to download the app in advance and it takes longer to download and register than the line allows. Everything has gotten more expensive, but I’m not sure the value has persisted. But if you’re hungry and a want a burrito, they can feed you and it’ll taste like you expect.
