I walked into this place and had never been to Moe’s before. There were 2 customers in here. I apparently was standing at the wrong part of the line ( I had no idea because I have never been here before), and a nice lady asked me my last name…so I asked why and started laughing. She then said, ” What are you here for?” And I laughingly said ‘Food’. And she then told me I was standing at the wrong part of the line. I laughed at that as well and explained I hadn’t been there before. By this time, there was 1 customer in line. There were 4 employees in there. I stood waiting, basically an employee in front of me for 10 minutes while he did anything besides looking up at me, acknowledging me, or taking my order. I had my child with me who kept saying he was hungry. Still, not one employee came and took my order at all. But 2 were chuckling it up with each other, and one was texting on his phone. I had time to look cause I was just standing there after all.After 12 minutes of absolutely nothing I walked out. So what would have been a more than likely good review turns to absolutely nothing because I didn’t even get to taste the food let alone get an order place.

Moes has got expensive and not only are they raising their prices they are skimping you on everything else. My burrito was pathetic for 20 dollars. Guy serving me had a crazy attitude as well and and had meat on only half my burrito. No way I eat at moes at least this location.

I used to really like Moe’s. Their prices have really skyrocketed. This location, at my last visit, was not as clean as I expected. The salsa bar needed attention. Some salsas were empty.

Not a very good place to eat for many reasons most of which are listed in previous reviews. Edited from 2 to 1 stars because I went back to give them a second chance and I’m missing items from my order… worst restaurant in the area!

I placed an online order to pick up after work before going to a meeting but when I arrived, my order wasn’t prepared. The new steak and potato bowls couldn’t be fixed because they didn’t have potatoes, at 4pm. Potatoes that cost $1.00 extra per my online receipt but the employees refused to refund. Overall, the food was good after I picked out the brown lettuce pieces.

I ordered online waited until the time my order was to be ready and arrived at the store. I was told on arrival my order was being made. I waited for over 30 minutes, while multiple groups of people entered the store ordered, got their food and left. When I asked about the food I was given the worst customer service and yelled at. Would give zero stars if I could.
