Horrible Staff , Restaurant was nasty and definitely not worth the price. My husband and I paid $41.99 for a customized bowl which it says displayed $8.99 Chips / Comes with salsa free. I got Rice, Chicken, Lettuce Avocado,chesse and queso. My husband got the same just with steak. When we asked for more queso they charged us $3.29 a piece. We received our chips but no salsa. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER MOES AGAIN. WILL BE POSTING PICTURES OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND CALLING MANAGEMENT TOMORROW.

I’ve been to plenty of Moe’s through the years and usually have a decent experience. The location on Devine Street is abysmal. It wasn’t always like this, but since Covid it seems to get worse every time I’ve gotten food. Today was the last. Though I was picking up my food it’s impossible to not notice the dirty state of the dining room. Food crumbs on multiple empty tables and the floor looked as if it hadn’t mopped in days. As usual when I checked my bag all side items were not there. The food isn’t horrible but not what you would receive at most other locations. I ordered a Homewrecker Burrito. It’s about half the size that it should be. Staff aren’t rude, but they’re not friendly or helpful either. Never going back.

I will never go to that moes again. It was nasty and the staff was rude. I go to the moes in Lexington and get way better service. If yall don’t do something about it you’ll going to loose alot of business. The counters are nasty,they don’t put all the ingredients that your supose to get on your bowl or in the burrito. So I will not be going back again!!!!! One more thing they didn’t even say ” welcome to moes”. Please do something about that store. Every body there had an attitude with the customers and that’s not good business.

They got rid of the magic coke machine and put in a regular fountain. There are barely only diet drink options. On the last visit they removed the kaiser salsa, which in my opinion was the best. All the new sauces sounded interesting but one wasnt even out and the other two were scraped empty. Its like every time I visit something else that made me like moes is taken away.

If you’ve never been to a Moe’s, it’s basically the equivalent of a Subway for Mexican food. You can get burritos, rice bowls, salads, quesadillas, nachos and more. Every entree comes with tortilla chips and you can help yourself to different salsa options to go with them. There are many options for kids meals too. This location is still relatively new and clean. The service is quick.
