We go to Moes almost every weekend. This last experience was so bad we won’t be back for awhile. We ordered food online, waited almost hour for food. The workers had no idea we ever put order in. When we got the food, my order was wrong not to mention the rice was clumpy and chicken was burnt, old. The workers was out of food for the night so couldn’t remake my bowl other than handing me beans and rice, pathetic! I left hungry and aggervated, wasted money! This location has went down hill bad lately. Step it up!

This is our favorite location, food is always great, love the people except for one manager. At 5:15 pm may 15 the “manager” was angrily bossing around employees and being mean to customers. We are usually greeted with the friendly staff but today we were fussed at for even being in the establishment. I am never one to complain but this one lady was an awful representation of the moes we love. We have had similar experiences with this same manager multiple times, this is getting unacceptable.

It was just my husband and I and our bill cost as much as going to a real Mexican dine in restaurant would be. And I ordered a kids meal at that, my husband ordered a burrito and we got a cup of queso the bill was over $25. They seem to put less food in our burritos every time but the price keeps going up. Guess we might have to stop going to Moe’s.

Grandson doesn’t do veggies so we paid 10 bucks for rice cheese and steak.. then queso.. VERY LITTLE. Paid $29 for 2 bowls 2 drinks and he had hardly any food in his bowl. Last trip.. cant afford that to have to go through drive thru directly after cause he still hungry after a 15$ meal

The employees were nice, but don’t like to give you what you pay for. My bowl was sad. They mash and spread the rice and beans to make it look like more. Only a sprinkling of tofu and toppings for my bowl. $9 for just the bowl with no drink is expensive for what was given. I asked for more of what few toppings I got and was only given a few pieces of one of them added. Also, some of the toppings that I skipped like pico because it did not look fresh (soggy looking) at 11:00 in the morning.
