Service is completely hit or miss: fast pleasant service one day then slow and rude the next visit. Sometimes barely any ingredients in the food and a half a scoop of chips the next time it’s overflowing and there’s extra chips. I have had numerous times where I stopped there during regular business hours and they weren’t even open. And these were not holidays or Sundays or special events where it would be understandable. So, if you love inconsistency then by all means go ahead and (potentially) enjoy.

I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO LEAVE THIS GREAT REVIEW!!!! I came in starving, fully expecting to get met with rolling eyes, and sucking teeth, because I ask for Chicken Nachos, with only queso & chicken on the actual nachos, BBUUUUTTTT here’s the HARD part, , I ask for lettuce, shredded cheese,and sour cream in separate small cups on the side. I get horrible responses at every other Moe’s! Not only were they ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, GREAT SMILES & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, but they happily made my order, talked and laughed with me the entire time, but then Ms Bria, the manager, noticed that I didn’t get half of the stuff on my nachos, so she adjusted the price without my even asking. I actually volunteered to pay more for the inconvenience, but she wasn’t having it! Thank you to the 3 amazing employees for TREATING ME SO ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGLY!!! I WILL BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION FROM NOW ON!!!!

I ordered online in the app, tofu burrito with pico and onion. When I got there I was handed the bag and was told they were out of tofu so they gave me extra veggies to make up for it. That’s extra pico and onion and that’s it. They never called in advance to tell us and ask for a substitution. So I was expected to pay 9.45 for a cup of pico in a burrito shell. I then said that if I’d know. I would have subbed in black beans. She then brought me a cup of black bean and said I could add them to the burrito when I got home. Now I have beans and, again, for $9.45 I have to roll my own burrito at home. The woman that helped me was nice but the whole thing is ridiculous. In what world would the person making that burrito NOT call me in advance to give the chance for substitution or to cancel. I’m super disappointed.

Price increases have hit this place hard. Please don’t add $1 extra white chicken I didn’t ask for, it’s expensive enough. The dark meat is better anyway!

I’m sad they got rid of the “Jr” sized burrito. The regular one is too big for me, so I ended up getting a kids meal. It was fine, but I wish the other was back.

The staff is not helpful here. They don’t accommodate any requests and lack basic customer service skills. So much so that they were offended that I wanted to confirm we had all drinks we needed for our order. Also the salsas weren’t stocked. Very disappointed in the service in this location

They’re consistently rude and snappy every time I go in there. Very young kids who don’t know customer service. My biggest complaint is that they run out of half the ingredients by 7ish. And are too lazy to put more out. No lettuce, corn salsa, etc. it’s unacceptable that customers can’t get what they want if they go in two hours before close. That’s just ridiculous

I came in yesterday around lunch time and it was insanely busy. The wait was absolutely worth it and I could see how hard everyone was working but I don’t think anyone expressed how appreciative they were for the people working that day. In all the chaos, they were doing such a great job and the food was delicious. So, thank you!! You guys are doing a great job!
