Have been to this location several times and never had a bad experience. Standard moes fare and the service has been quick whenever we went. Has ample parking and the lines move quickly even during busy times. The place is smaller than other locations but we have always found place to sit.

This was my first time in Moe’s. Didn’t know the process for ordering and the employees didn’t seem very friendly but they weren’t out right rude. I followed another customer to get my food. This place was OK but I probably won’t go back. I’m big on customer service and the food was just Ok.

Not much to say about this experience at Moe’s in Mount Pleasant. My warning should have been the shabbiness of the exterior that was matched by the shabbiness of the interior. While the service was friendly and efficient, the food was bland and a poor imitation of my previous experiences at Moe’s. I cannot say if the problem is with this franchise or the Moe’s experience is not as welcoming as it once was.

Food was typical Moe’s, not too bad. Two employees were working, one women and one man. We asked for pork on one stack (we didn’t know it was discontinued) and got a snarky reply from the guy. I know every has a rough day now and then but he was rude with us and other customers. The lady working was very nice and thankfully she helped us with the majority of our order.

Stop to get something quick and they thought they could just throw my food together. Like I wouldn’t notice the cold potatoes mixed in my build your own burrito bowl. The other bowl my partner purchased had rice that wasn’t thoroughly cooked (crunchy). I should’ve taken the hint when the cashier at the drive thru window told me she don’t eat the food. Totally disappointed in the quality. It looked amazing for presentation, but to eat…Naw. I had to take it back for a redo!

This Moe’s was a huge letdown – burritos didn’t taste good and threw them away – came in with grandkids and told they didn’t have kids combos (really !) – kids didn’t like the tacos either which were also thrown away – quality of food and service definitely not what i expect from Moe’s – will not be back
