Friendly atmosphere always fun to here the “welcome to Moe’s!” when you enter. Mobile orders are speedy and accurate. You get your money out of the burritos last one I ordered looked like a 5lbs weight.

Really disappointed with this location and Moe’s in general. With the cost of food being what it is, it’s disheartening to get home and discover the world’s smallest burrito was included in your order. My burrito bowl was inedible because of how completely oversalted the guacamole was. I could only stomach about half. Salsa was not included in the to go order, so I picked up my own. The salsa verde was also inedible due to a complete lack of seasoning. Sometimes you get a generous amount of chips when ordering queso, other times I’ve run out of chips before I finished the queso. Maybe it was an off day or new staff, but the lack of consistency at this location is really frustrating and the value for a what you pay is about to make Moes not worth it for me any longer.

Getting better, they readded the chicken club to the menu so it’s no longer insanely frustrating to order. Food is great. The thing that keeps me from ordering more often is the online order experience being terrible on any app. It disallows special instructions, and I have to call every single time just to say extra condiments and manage to outrace the team making the food to do so. Need to get the ordering fixed to include special instructions again. Often my money goes elsewhere just because of this.

I know it’s just Moe’s. First thing I noticed was nobody greeted us with ” Welcome to Moe’s!”Bottom line is that the place was filthy. I took one look at the food prep line, and decided against ordering anything at all. The cutting boards, under the cutting boards were crusted in what looked like a full day’s worth of food waste. None of the product was fresh, full or flipped. I guess the management or lack there of hasn’t instilled the clean as you go mentality. I won’t be returning to this location. It’s only a matter of time before they’re getting people sick.

The food is great here. The line moves quickly. My main complaint is the store is not very clean. The tables are not wiped off, food on the floor, and the furniture needs to be replaced. I will keep getting food here but please tidy up the store.

Ordered to pick up. Got home. Its never stocked with ramiken tops. Flat soda. Rotten lettuce and cilantro. Over cooked chicken. Over cooked chips. Barley a serving size. I never have these issues at the Summerville location. Stated on the special instructions my son has an egg allergy…no cookies. They put two in the bag.

ordered steak burrito and of course the food has went up crazy then I asked for lettuce and tomato on the side so the burrito would not get soggy the guy tried to charge me for this which comes with the burrito then he acted like a jerk and he was so rude. The queso bowl has way less chips and at a higher price not impressed one bit.

I used to love this Moe’s. Today…NOPE, dried out food, my green tomato salsa was sour from spoilage. No atmosphere. NO WELCOME TO MOE’S anymore. I think they changed chip providers also. They were very salty and thick. After spending $42.00 on 3 people, I will not be returning again. Very sad and disappointed .

The place was cleaned and the servers were attentive to my need and requests. My issue was that the white rice was mushy and had a very strong acidic taste which overpowered everything else. The taste and seasoning were very unbalanced and not enjoyable.
