Took my family of 6 there to eat, and walked out hungry. We were not greeted and were left standing at the counter waiting to order and were completely ignored. There were two employees standing directly in front of us, one even made eye contact several times but neither of them said a word. We waited for a bit, and then walked out. I have seen poor service, but that might have been the worst. We will spend our money elsewhere.

What can I say? There hasn’t been a Moe’s location I’ve been to that I didn’t LOVE! I love Moe’s Southwest Grill! I always have. It’s delicious every time. I get the Homewrecker chicken, white, with all the “fixins”! My stomach does a happy dance when I eat my favorite dish from Moe’s! I can’t stop smiling ☺️ This location was like home. I live in Fayetteville, NC, and the employees there are amazing! This location in Florence, SC, is just as good. They welcomed me no sooner as I walked through the door, I’ve always liked that. Everyone here was nice, professional, and listened to me. It’s very important to use customers. I’m giving you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. My stomach and taste buds, thank you!

This restaurant was great. It was very clean. Service was very fast. Employees were attentive and polite. They were great. They kept all the tables very clean despite of them being so busy. That’s impressive. They also made sure their restrooms are clean as well. Their food was fresh and well prepared. Their chips were fresh and tasted great. Overall they were great.

I went to the Moe’s in Florence. I was bothered by the guy working with the food appeared he had some type of drug addiction. He had sores on his arms and he kept nodding. The cashier guy appeared to be clueless I was trying to use my T-Mobile coupon. He kept doing it wrong. I will not be going back there. Appearance means a lot.

Ever since the requirement for an app on Moe’s Monday, it has been disappointing. It only works half the time even when you have the app reward available, and there is no way for the cashiers to help you. Bad app=bad service

People here are giving it generous ratings, if you have been to any other Moe’s you could tell the food quality here tastes like it was taken out of the dump. My brother got locked in the bathroom not able to get out, and they tried to charge us for “hard rock” sauce… The stuff you get for FREE anywhere else. 0/10 just go to the next Moe’s.

I don’t understand the issue with this location. The girl at the register never wants give you free chips and salsa and if you ask, she’ll try to charge you for it. Also, my online order was wrong today since they don’t read the ticket. They can do a lot better.

I don’t understand how I’m paying 30 for 2 bowls and they give me half a scoop of everything. I don’t mind paying extra so when I ask for extra first things first don’t catch an attitude and only give me a quarter of a spoon extra and still try to charge me for it.
