I don’t ever leave reviews, and the only reason I’m leaving one today is because of how bad my to-go order was. This is straight out of the foil that they wrapped it in. The insides were spilling all inside the bag and it was completely falling apart. I usually have okay experiences here, but this time was way worse than normal. I’m just super disappointed, and for a $27 dollar meal for two, the service and food should be better than this. It’s going to be a while before I go back to this location.

This was my first time coming here and it was quite a good experience. The man preparing our food was so friendly and welcoming. I got some personalized nachos with steak, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole. The food here is so fresh and I will definitely be returning here again. The only thing is, they are bit expensive and seem to charge more for such small toppings and items.

The manager is always super nice! My son loves to frequent as his special choice of the week, so we are here often. We miss several of the topping options they took away recently, which leaves my wife with only chicken, cheese and lettuce on a $10 quesadilla.

I guess it just depends on the day. I always have a huge order. They don’t miss a beat and are patient. Need to work on your southwest vinaigrette though. Not always on point. Always needs to be fresh with fresh cilantro. Cilantro should be cut with a knife, do not take short cuts and use the tomato cutter. Your cilantro will wilt and go bad very fast. The cutter that is used to cut up tomatoes for Pico basically chews the cilantro and starts the break down of the herb faster.

Food looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Not even half way. Keep in mind that you are flipping a coin going here. If you want to risk it go ahead and find out.. very inconsistent I say. I grew tired of the 50/50 off-chance things MIGHT get better the next time around. Like.. come on. Willing to change to a 4 or 5 star if they replace my time used getting there and back home with courtesy of replacing my burrito.

I’ve had Moe’s a couple times and in varying states, it’s usually the same quality level of ‘awesome’ that most people have come to enjoy, it’s not terribly expensive and the amount of food you get in return is as delicious as it is filling.

No Tofu, or not enough Tofu, those are the two default options for this location. Tofu is not being kept available at sufficient levels ever, so customers seeking a Vegan meal need to calculate in an additional 5 Minute wait at least, before their order can be prepared. It can also happen that rice and beans for your order are cold by the time a fresh serving of Tofu has been prepared.
