I love Moe’s but this location was horrible. Service was negligent and disrespectful. Had to argue with him to get some queso on my bowl and refused to give me extra meat but still charged me for it. Management was present but not cocerned with how the employees we’re running tings right in front of her. All the portions were skimp compared to every other Moe’s I have been to and the food tasted of cleaner. That place gives Moe’s a bad reputation. Please give a different location a chance. No other location has ever been this bad…

Moes – you need to get it together. I love moes but I’m paying 10 bucks for nachos and you employees give half a scoop of meat. Not cool. I have complained about the reduction of meat for the price but this is an all time low. My co worker said something about it and she said well you can have more but I will charge you for a side. 3 tiny pieces of chicken is not ok on 10 dollar nachos. Time to look for other options

Always a struggle with this staff. They don’t begin pickup orders until you arrive, even if you arrive at or after the pick up time. They forgot items off of my order and claimed it was because the items were on the back of the receipt. Also they never have a manager on shift. Or so they say.

I typically don’t come to this Moe’s and the one time I do my experience was so so. I been eating at Moe’s long enough to know the Moe Monday special comes with a drink. Today I go and get to the end just for the guy that was ringing me up to tell me that the drink doesn’t come with it and you have to ask for it. When clearly the display says plus drink. False advertising.
