So don’t let the sticker on the bowl fool you. I watched who I believe was the Manager prepare my food. This was a bowl of rice, beans and salsa….with a side of about 3 tablespoons of chicken. Yes…places similar do skimp but not to this deplorable level. I did notice a couple of things and will return and update if my suspicion is correct.

Gave 4 stars because I was missing the pork. The Moe’s I’m accustomed to going to has pork as an option. This one did not. I settled for the ground beef. Should have gotten steak. Staff was very friendly and made my burrito exactly the way I ordered it. It was scrumptious. Chips and salsa were delicious too. Tables needed to be wiped off between customers.

This is honestly the most depressing review I’ve ever had to write because I LOVE MOES. But after last nights food poisoning I’m pretty devastated because I’ll literally never be able to eat at a Moe’s again. I love the food but whatever contamination that went down absolutely ruined me lol. Going to put in a DHEC report and call it a day but very disappointed with Moe’s. Whole life time of good experiences down the drain because of negligence, proper food safety was not practiced yesterday.

Only good thing about my trip was the “Welcome to Moe’s” when I came through the door. I don’t like that they leave your pickup order by exit door- in all honesty, anyone can pick up your order or go through your bag. I didn’t complain because they were late fixing it anyways, so it was pretty much placed in my hand.

Came here for dinner before a wedding didn’t even have ground beef said would be 20 min wait for it. The worst part is my mom ordered online 20 minutes prior and instead of calling and letting them know they made them nothing and told them when they arrived. They weren’t even busy super weird. Definitely won’t come back to this location.

Higher prices, less food and not even a warm welcome or professional attitudes. Text book greed and terrible management. You barely get a scoop of meat with a home wrecker bowl. I pointed this out to the server and she just stared at me.

I ordered on line as I do with many places. After paying $15 for one of there bowls, it arrived with less than one cup of food in the container. Although the taste of the dish was acceptable, the amount of food was a disappointment. Apparently unless you are there in person to monitor your order, they have no interest in providing a dish that is worth the money being charged. I would warn everyone to avoid ordering from them. Go in person to avoid getting ripped off.

The quality of food has gone downhill lately. They charge you $13 for a home wrecker bowl and the portion they give you is significantly less than it should be. If you ask them to add more, they will charge extra. The food is cold by the time you sit down to eat and it doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I used to like eating at Moe’s because it was affordable and the food was good but it is no longer affordable and the food is nasty.

If you order online expect to get to the store and have to wait upwards of 30 minutes for your order to be ready. They employ some kind of weapons grade incompetence here. You’ll be lucky if the order is right after waiting for so long. Genuinely, it’s about a 50/50 chance of it being right. Even with a printout of what you ordered staring the employee in the face.
