The protein portions are ridiculously small. As one other reviewer commented, there is supposed to be a heaping serving spoon size of protein. I witnessed a worker, scoop the spoon, and with the first scoop, the meat portion was appropriate and then she proceeded to shake off the protein that was on the spoon leaving less than an ounce of protein. The chicken burrito salad that I had may as well have just been a salad I was charged for a salad with chicken barely even getting any. This will make me go right back to Chipotle because protein portion sizes aren’t an issue there.

I love Moe’s but this location will not be on my list. I show up at 11 am on the dot open sign is on and the door sid 11 am open. The doors are all locked. There is a worker behind the counter who completely ignored me until 11:12. By this time there are 8 people in line at the door and one of them works there. When I walked in there is dirt and mud on the floor from yesterday. Once I get inside it turns out 3 people are working including the one that waited with us. The staff was clueless and unfriendly. I go to checkout and the person in front of me in line comes back and said oh don’t get a drink the hands are not even on the soda fountain. And to top it all off the beans look like leftovers. I’m not likely to ever come back and it’s sad as my office is just down the street.

From the day I tried Moe’s, i have never looked back to Chipotle. Their food is amazing, specially Steak and Spicy chicken is too good. The chips with green salsa is like next level. They recently added a green creamy sause which is amazing. I normally go with bowl but tried The Stack today and it was Awesome.

Visited this store for lunch today. Ordered all of the burritos on my order and when it came time to pay was told scanner was down and I was not allowed to get Monday burrito special pricing with my app. WHAT? The only reason I go on Monday was for the special pricing. The lady checking me out was not helpful and when I was asking about putting my phone number or email in she said no have a nice day. Also there were several sauces that were out and not replenished, no salt, and no lids for drinks. I just moved to this area and my experience was terrible. Ended up paying over $30.00 for 2 burritos and a kids quesadilla. What a waste. Money I should not have had to spend today. Hope there is a Chipotle in this area.

Great experience at this location! Hot and fresh food – queso is always amazing! I get the bowl with steak and cilantro lime rice – very filling! Also comes with chips which is a nice change from being charged extra at Chipotle! Friendly service from employees! Will definitely be coming back!

I had some true misses while visiting the area for work but Moe’s was so great I returned the next day. Staff is amazing. Friendly, prompt. The place was clean and has a nice little area to eat outside. Food was great. I had the salad two days in a row, once with spicy chicken the next with pork. Both excellent. The second day I had an order for 6 and they did it fast, without missing a beat and it was exactly correct and yummy. No pics because I gobbled it down.
